Appalling treatment from the manager — we walked out
We came to Juicy’s Hamburgers planning to eat lunch as a family — my newborn, my father, and myself. My dad went in first while I was getting the baby out of the car. He headed to the bathroom because he urgently needed to go. The manager saw him walking toward it and rushed to lock the bathroom door so he couldn’t use it.
My dad explained, politely, that we were about to eat there and that he was just waiting for me and the baby. Instead of unlocking the door, the manager said, “Well then let’s wait for your son,” and refused to let him in.
We were stunned. Who treats paying customers like this? Denying someone access to the restroom when they’re about to order food — and especially when it’s urgent — is not only rude, it’s just bad business. Needless to say, we left and took our business elsewhere.
We’ll never be back. If you value basic courtesy and decency, I’d suggest you skip Juicy’s Hamburgers too.

The guy that was cooking on August 5 attacked me from the moment I walked in the store. I’ve never been in there before he’s definitely battling something, but it wasn’t right. There was another gentleman that recommended a burger, Kansas City or something like that. He said I didn’t recommend that to you! yelled at me and then I told him I wasn’t going to be eating there. Is the first review I’ve. Created in the past five years to show how serious disturbing it was.

The owner here is so rude and obnoxious I went to use the wash room to wash my hands and he told me I had to buy something first… I said I just need to wash my hands and he said no I have to buy something first!
I called another juices to complain and they told me he is notorious for not letting people use the restroom first. He told a mother and child it will cost them 5.00 a person yo use the restroom… What a weirdo! This is definitely a zero place to eat😳!

Amazing service, the owner was respectful and kind. I ordered the onion rings and the owner brought them up to me. They were the best onion rings I’ve ever had. They were big and didn’t have too much batter on them.

My family and I walked in and we instantly felt like the male cook had a very bad attitude he gave my daughter that has special needs and my youngest daughter a rude attitude and seemed like he was a very disrespectful individual. If you are an interracial couple do not go to the juicys on Glendale. The funny part is the lady knew that the cook or male behind the counter was being a rude individual. I feel sorry for the lady behind the counter if that is her husband they just lost a family full of customers

I had a really bad experience. I feel this guy is completely racist .I was very nice to him but unfortunately he had a very bad attitude with my name. When I was leaving very gently , I asked for a cap that I can take some ice with me for my dog , He did not give me for free, had to pay $5 For it . the shop is not clean you could smell the burn oil. I won’t go there again and I won’t recommend to any one I didn’t even finished my food . So gross.

Ha ha ha. All the other reviews about the owner make me laugh. Been twice and both were great. No nonsense type of gentleman. Made jokes with me, calling me mr Cooper (DB) food was great. Cooked perfectly, same as the fries. Nice portions. Perfect for a quick lunch break.

Im usually not the person to listen to customers reviews because they are sometimes sensitive or dramatic.. but EVERY comment about the owner having a piss poor attitude, him not changing his gloves AFTER TOUCHING RAW MEAT, or smoking a cig, they are all true. A few days ago I took my family to dinner (was recommended, they probably meant wells ave) and the owner gave us a terrible experience.. He was rude as can be, 45 minutes before closing, he started to close up the restaurant- while rushing us out, and not once did I see him change his gloves. I gave his cash, he handles the money with gloves on and then started working on the meal that was on the grill prior to me ordering… it was bizarre. 0/10 would recommend. I’ve seen teenagers with better customer service skills.

Man I thought it was gonna be like the one on wells. Owner said we have nothing to do with them in a way like his was better. By far the worst burger dry no flavor very rude to customers. Don't waste your time or money going here. Don't you dare bring your own drink he will flip his wig.

Under new ownership since my last visit, (years ago) but the same delicious hamburger and fries. Generous serving of fries, char broiled beef patty with cheese. I had mine traditionally with onions lettuce and tomato. My husband had his cheese burger with grilled onions. They offer a variety of choices including mushroom burgers. We.were served quickly and the food was hot. It's located in a business district but worth stopping in for any casual day of dining on an American classic!
