Mobile order on the app. Asked to park around front for the order. The girl who brought it out got mad when I had her come to the driver side window. Basically threw it in my hand. Rude as hell. Food was cold. Next time I'll go to another KFC or restaurant all together.

I used to be a regular at this KFC and it was really good overall... but over the years it has gone from real good to real bad. It's very obvious that the problem is the staff not being managed properly. Makes me think that whoever owns this franchise location must be using it as a tax write off?

Got two Spicy Chicken Sandwichs with fries the chicken was about the thickness and texture of a cardboard box dry way over cooked cover in a heavy batter. Could not bite into them then tryed to cut with steak knife and almost could not cut it . will not return here.

Super great employees two of them today and unfortunately there was a rude guest another patron treating the assistant manager horrible. I'm here to say I had a great experience and both employees today 6-29 were fab and tried being nice to the unfortunate rude gentleman. He told the assistant manager she was to comfortable in her job which I think she was great . So thank you and ignore the rude guy.
