Food was good. Got a three piece extra crispy. Their biscuits are the best by far!
I ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich they gave me classic I brought it to them and told them they gave me the wrong one they argue with me that didn't when they clearly did and then they remake it for me and gave me the bread extra cold like they they pulled it right out of the fridge and had horrible attitude

So disappointed. How can you call this a family meal and expect it to feed people. The sides are so small, a single person could eat themselves. The 6pcs they gave us was 3 drumsticks, 2 wings and a thigh.

Disgusting, and the atmosphere is very sketchy. They are super rude and nasty. All of the employees I encounter looked very unclean and unhappy to be there. They seem annoyed at customers. No wonder this place stay empty. Never trust this place. I did not get food from here I left after what I seen and heard.

My husband and I arrived at 9:09 p.m. I ordered a large basket with 12 pieces of chicken. I paid $28.68. But when we returned to the truck I discovered that there were only 8 pieces of chicken. We were in the mood. Tired after the road, we wanted to eat well, but you guys ruined the whole experience for us. My ticket number is 4378.
KFC employees ruined the dinner for the truck drivers today ((((( ??

I ordered the breast and wing meal and instead got the thigh & drumstick! Some of the workers have the attention span of a gnat! This has happened a number of times in the past but I am hopeful it will change for the better!

THE MANAGER THAT OPENED THE STORE AT 10:30am is nasty and rude, SHE MESSED UP A HUGE ORDER AND DIDNT WANT ME TAKE MY ORDER. THE YOUNG KID DIDNT EVEN WANT TO BE THERE AND KNEW NOTHING. FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE. WORSE $10 I EVER SPENT.

Came for lunch the other day and went inside. It was filthy. Food crumbs every where, sticky tables and the floors were gross. The staff was rude and barely spoke to us. Food took forever to get and there was literally no one there. One of our sandwhichs was overcooked and the frys were cold and crunchy. The KFC off los altos is so much better.
