Went to order chicken wings, was told we don’t have them tonight but will have them tomorrow. This was 2 hours before they close. We were told they are all frozen. Sir we are here now not tomorrow!

Went thru drive-thru and ordered 3 of the $7 fill up meals. We asked the drive thru attendant what side options we could choose from- he had no clue. I also ordered a large, and only got a large soda- no extra sides like is displayed at the drive thru sign. They did not provide me a receipt, forks, offer sauce, and persisted to have a bad attitude when I asked what my options were for sides… they literally complained and gave us some half-assed answer that “well if we swap it out, it’s going to be a smaller side that what you’re getting..” Train your employees better! This terrible service is a direct reflection of negligent and horrible management. When we finally got home to eat this “food” the only hot item was the mashed potato’s. The chicken tenders were all old, and rubbery like they were sitting under a heat lamp.
Save your money. Save your time. Get better chicken and WAYYYYY better service at Canes.

Came in after seeing the new waffle promo on tv got a tender meal with a side of mac n cheese and before i could finish filling my drink my order was ready to go and it did not disappoint tenders were quite large and tasty full of flavor mac n cheese was nice and creamy and the waffle was perfect.

Came in for a quick bite to eat before heading home order a sandwich with fries both came out looking better then advertised and the sandwich was quite fat with a ton of flavor, will be visiting again

Went here for a quick dinner last night. I got the chicken sandwich combo and it sucked. The sandwich was ok at best and the fries were cold. They didn't mark any of the drinks which is a problem since one of my daughters is a type 1 diabetic. The biscuits were all raw in the middle so we had to throw them away. My wife got just mashed potatoes and gravy (she is the only one who got potatoes) and got some sort of food poisoning and was up all night and most of the day today violently throwing up. I suggest to pass on this KFC.

My family got food to go and the biscuits were quite raw, and now our whole family is sick... it was genuinely so raw I thought they had pre-buttered it, and I was a little happy, until my entire family had these raw biscuits and i found out they don't butter them before hand. Also, how is something raw, yet also dry and tasteless?
