Went here for a quick dinner last night. I got the chicken sandwich combo and it sucked. The sandwich was ok at best and the fries were cold. They didn't mark any of the drinks which is a problem since one of my daughters is a type 1 diabetic. The biscuits were all raw in the middle so we had to throw them away. My wife got just mashed potatoes and gravy (she is the only one who got potatoes) and got some sort of food poisoning and was up all night and most of the day today violently throwing up. I suggest to pass on this KFC.

My family got food to go and the biscuits were quite raw, and now our whole family is sick... it was genuinely so raw I thought they had pre-buttered it, and I was a little happy, until my entire family had these raw biscuits and i found out they don't butter them before hand. Also, how is something raw, yet also dry and tasteless?

I normally never eat KFC but there new advertised menu item original recipe chicken bites with sauce caught my eye so decided to try it. Completely disappointed to find that the minuscule bites with no breading in a marginal sauce kind of like dog food for adults wasn't what I was expecting for $7... Won't be trying that ever again.

The ONLY reason why I decided to spend $50 at this place was to try their new sauces. Of which NONE were included in my order. I paid specifically to have a LARGE drink, of which they gave me a small. They really take advantage of door dash orders at this particular location (or just don't know how to read). I have not had one good experience at this location, as they always get the order wrong in some capacity. Money has been refunded via door dash and will NOT be going back here.

Do NOT waste your money period. I don't know about other locations but, this location uses SHRINKFLATION AT IT'S WORST. Instead of the regular sizes sides with the family meals they give you individual size sides. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!

Employees need to learn customer service and give people what they pay for. Got back to hotel and food was completely not what I ordered with no silverware. Guess they think eating mash potatoes with your fingers is ok. Didn't even apologize for my inconvenience and getting the order wrong.
Ok people as fourth Generation Nevadans I must say this was an exceptional experience!!! We had stopped coming here years ago because of poor service, food, and atmosphere, but I can say now without question or hesitation that everything has improved Drastically!!! Please give it a try you won't be disappointed!!!

Twice the cost for 1/2 less chicken.Skinny and hard tenders. .The Col Sanders would be very disappointed about how down the chicken quality is!Won't be eating here again. Too many better chicken places. Soooo SAD.

My order was correct and the food tasted like KFC that I know and love, but there were no utensils or honey butter. I do think I will go to this location rather than the other one near my house.
