My wife and I went to the Krispy Kreme in Sparks, Nevada for a little treat after going out to dinner with our son and his family. It was a treat, the staff was friendly, the selection of doughnuts was great and the doughnuts were really tasty!!

First the Oder box through the drive through is missing so I pulled up to the window. There was another car in front. After he serviced the first car he just walked away and did not come back. A young lady came who I thought would address me but instead she turned her back and proceeded to send her text message. After she was five she walked away as well. I then spotted one of the workers at the glaze machine licking his fingers so I decided it was time to leave. I called a couple times, no answer. What a joke.

Got the donuts right off the line, nice and warm. They were AWESOME!!!
Pulled up to the drive-thru this Sunday morning to grab some donuts and iced coffee. We were greeted with over 5 minutes of silence, finally followed by, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, please hold." After another few minutes, we were finally able to order. We asked for two pumpkin spice iced coffees, but the lady said they didn't have pumpkin spice, so we changed it to two vanilla iced coffees. We also ordered three donuts.
When we got to the drive-thru window, the lady handed me a small box with three donuts and two coffees in hot cups. I mentioned we had asked for iced coffee, and she insisted these were iced. In reality, they weren't the actual iced coffee product--they were hot coffees with ice added. The donuts seemed older, dry, and not fresh.
Overall, the experience wasn't great, and I'd prefer a refund. It's just disappointing because we were looking forward to the Krispy Kreme experience they're known for.

This Krispy Kreme never misses. Their donuts are always fresh and delicious! Baked and glazed to perfection, I’ve never gotten a bad bite from here. Their seasonal lemon cream pie donut is fantastic, definitely worth a try if you like lemon donuts!

Best doughnut chain IMHO. I love how light and soft they are. The menu is always a little confusing because they separate their specialty doughnuts from their regular ones, but just get what you want and it works out fine. The workers are nice and helpful. They have deals going on as well as a rewards program through their app. Best doughnuts: original glazed, oreo cream filled, and lemon filled. And being there when they are rolling out fresh is so awesome cuz you can just ask for a fresh hot doughnut and they give it to you for free. My only complaint is why did they stop making the devil's food doughnut?? It was my favorite The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I got one of their lemonade slushy drinks once and it tasted rotten and made me have stomach pain for 2 days.

Went in for the Halloween donuts, but I didn't get the ghost one's they were out. She offered me any 3 donuts, but when I requested the mini, she said anything but those, don't say any if you don't mean it. Little disappointed, but I'm use to bad pour customer service now a days.
