Took grandkids in to use their gift card & advised they balance was zero. neither employee knew how to confirm. Very disappointed in lack of knowledge . Kiddos still got their donuts & we confirmed ourselves they do indeed have a good $balance. 🤨 will they be able to use at this establishment??

I went in to grab a couple things for my friend who just had a newborn and I just wanted to say that Alexa is amazing! She held the whole store down on her own and was working very hard. I hope she is a superior of some sort because her work ethic was off the charts... and if not, she deserves a promotion. Thank you again, Alexa!!!!!!

I placed an order for delivery just before 7:00 AM which they confirmed. I waited an hour and half only to have them cancel the order. I've tried calling to see what happened but they do not answer the phone.

We got the Harry Potter Donuts. We were helped by a gentleman. They were tastey and he had good customer service. They didnt have the hufflepuff donuts. He gave us others to replace them after asking us if that was okay. He accidently charged us for an extra sorting hat, honest mistake. They made it right. Thank you for serving us!

Could taste the old grease being used to make fritters, cinamon rolls and donuts.. WON'T BE GOING BACK...
We ordered 2 filled doughnuts, one was regular sized what I was expecting and other (mine) was at least 1/3 less noticeably much smaller and compared to my husband's doughnut also had way less filling. Pretty disappointed... feeling ripped off especially since I paid and ended up with the small one. 😆 🤣 😂 side note: NO napkins and they were messy and sticky ...

What the hell is this?!? These were supposed to be super hero donuts. Amazing. I also like the “what do you want?” from the employee. Had to repeat 3 times since they can only pick 1 at a time and put it in the box before you pick the next.

The customer service reps were very friendly and quick with getting my order. Very kind in listening to me and welcoming me into the store. My first time at this Krispy Kreme. I'm from South Carolina, so I'm used to the deliciousness 😋. Wish there was one closer to me in the midtown area of Reno. Brought the donut holes for my coworkers at the VA hospital. Brought 48 donut holes and they are gone before I could get a good pic.

I love Krispe Kreme doughnuts. Unfortunately we never made it there. But I do wish they built a Krispe Kremes in Klamath Falls oregon. When I do go, the food is great the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is great.
