Bad service, the lady constantly had to go back and fourth because she had no idea what any of the prices were. The menu is bad, no prices shown on it so they can charge u whatever and the menu is super small. And even worse the food is bad the icecream does not taste like it should. The esquite has lemon in it for some reason its juts terrible if u have a choice go to the one across the street its a million times better.

The lady up front was so nice and welcoming! It was our first time there, so she gave us samples of everything! The place was so clean, affordable, and the food was amazing! Definitely will be coming back soon!

My friends and I got there at 8:45pm and they had nothing available because they were getting ready to close. Online it says they close at 10pm. The worker stated that they closed at 9:30pm. However at 9:09 one of the workers went and shut off the sign and then at 9:16pm a customer came in and the worker said they were closed. We asked for a scoop of guava ice cream and she said she couldn’t get it because it was too hard. While it is a very good idea to have an ice cream shop like this in our area unfortunately if this place continues to run business this way they won’t stay in business cause the customer service is terrible. One of the workers boyfriend came out from the back and the worker scooped him an ice cream cone then she was licking it eating it over all the other ice cream. It also appeared that she gave the boyfriend a sample of an ice cream then she reached back in with the same sample spoon to sample another one. For the reference it was two young ladies working there that were very rude!
