My friends and I got there at 8:45pm and they had nothing available because they were getting ready to close. Online it says they close at 10pm. The worker stated that they closed at 9:30pm. However at 9:09 one of the workers went and shut off the sign and then at 9:16pm a customer came in and the worker said they were closed. We asked for a scoop of guava ice cream and she said she couldn’t get it because it was too hard. While it is a very good idea to have an ice cream shop like this in our area unfortunately if this place continues to run business this way they won’t stay in business cause the customer service is terrible. One of the workers boyfriend came out from the back and the worker scooped him an ice cream cone then she was licking it eating it over all the other ice cream. It also appeared that she gave the boyfriend a sample of an ice cream then she reached back in with the same sample spoon to sample another one. For the reference it was two young ladies working there that were very rude!

Was excited to go in and try since other locations have been great but this location was a disappointment. Bought some esquites and the corn was cold. They did not have a lot of the items that were on the menu. And the esquites are canned corn. The service was also terrible, the 2 ladies working had no manners they were smirking to each other when we asked questions not even trying to answer our questions. I usually do not post bad reviews but this experience was definitely bad. Maybe just went at a bad time but I would not recommend.

I ordered Cheetos with cheese and the cheese was dark, super Chunky, cold, and it tasted like it had gone bad. The service was not the best either, the girls are rude, give dirty looks, and speak very softly. I would not return.

I came in here today with my husband , and my kid The lady that was helping us with our food / drink/ ice cream was very freaking rude to me gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me after I told the lady sorry I can’t hear you she atomically said “ugh I said what do you want that’s when I ask for a manager. The manger apologized for her workers attitude and helped us out while the worker that was being rude to me was just laughing . I would not come back here the worker that was rude was crystal . You will loose a lot of customers having rude employees .

They barely had anything available, no nachos, only 2 types of raspados, fresas con crema weren’t “ready” The esquites tasted dry and old. The worst Michoacana in Reno.

I've been anticipating this place's opening for a long time and I'm glad it's finally here! I ordered a medium-sized frescas con crema last night for $10.30 and it was a nice treat before heading to the store to go grocery shopping. A little more than I bargained for (in terms of both price and size) but for what it was, it was definitely worth it. The folks working there were nice and provided great service.
Kid-friendliness: This is definitely catered to families as a potential space to hold parties!
Wheelchair accessibility: The openness of the space, even though it's because they need to fill it with more booths and/or arcade games, would make it easy for my partner to get around.
