My family and I went through the drive-thru, and only ordered a few things. Our total somehow ended up being 25$. My husband had attempted to correct the order by telling the team mate that we had been over charged for a single egg mcmuffin ($5.19). The lady refused to change it. So my husband asked to remove the item. We get home, and I call back to the store requesting a refund for the overcharging of the single egg mcmuffin since it was still on my order receipt. We went through the drive through and didn't get all our food and when I went in the manager and all other employees ignored me even after saying excuse me trying to get help and then the manager argued with an employee to come help me because she didn't want to I'm going to be calling in a complaint
