yesterday, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was hard, I believe it was frozen when the through it in the fryer, I had to through it away

Today on August 20th 2024 at 5:40 my son broke his cup by accident and I explained to him that my kid just cracked his cup by accident and he's 6 years old and was wondering if I could just get a replacement cup. The guy looked at me and said no. I said even though after I just spent 50 bucks here and the food wasn't that great. He couldn't replace a 6-year-old's cup. Never going to this McDonald's ever again. I'd avoid this place. Place was dirty filthy and the service was horrendous.
Also, they didn't know. I understand Spanish very well and they were talking about a lot of the customers there in Spanish.
