Went to go to pick up at DoorDash order at 11:30pm at the drive through only to get ignored by all the worker, met with other dasher waiting to pick up their orders as well and they told me they were also ignored. While talking to dasher we noticed that the same worker closed early at 11:45pm while other cars were in line trying to get food. Trying knocking, talking to the speaker, and even honking when I was at the window but they just laughed and played. Place show just shut down if they are going to be hella lazy at their jobs

I was waiting for a curbside order. At about the 15 minute mark a pickup truck pulled up fast across the spaces almost hitting me with the lights on an engine running. A employee, a large female with black hair ran out with bags and bags of food, handed it to the person in the truck and he sped off. I tried to get her attention and she looked at me and ignored me. I finally went inside to ask about my order and she glared at me. I think I caught her doing something very bad. I said hi and she screamed “what” at me. I said I have been waiting a long time for my curbside order. She started screaming about my receipt being “staged”. I told her I have no idea what that means and asked if my food was ready. She started ranting about “staged receipt” again (I still don’t know what this means). She eventually tossed my food at me and when I asked for my drinks she started screaming obscenities at me. I suspect my order was somehow used in whatever food she’s stealing and I freaked her out but there’s NO reason to ever treat a customer like that. I’ll never visit this location again. She’s unhinged and it’s not safe.

10/29/25 Update - Sadly this location has some of the worst customer service in the area when it comes to McDonald's.
Just tonight I waited for 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru only to be given a cold and incorrect order. I ended up calling the corporate number and making a complaint, but this is inexcusable and I am going to avoid this location in the future.

Tried to go through the drive thru, said they their card reader wasn’t working and that they’d only take cash, went inside and their card readers were working just fine.

They have a playground here, which we appreciate very much! In the morning, we had bad service. We were one of only two guests in the restaurant and they never brought our food to the table. In the evening, it was busy, but we had fast and friendly service.
Could we at least be more creative than ”our ice cream machine broke”? Like we don’t have any ice cream tonight was fine til you stuttered that off

Manager said they don’t like to turn on the ice cream machine to make ice cream and therefore they won’t be serving it. They advertise $0.89. Terrible branch. Never coming here again
