This McDonald’s quite literally has the most worthless people and management working at this location. They’ve over charged me three times, applied my mobile app code to someone else’s order which voids the deal being used for my account, they never make the food fresh or change their gloves in between orders and cash handling. Almost always have terrible attitudes no matter the time you come to eat there. It’s a waste of time and money and honestly this location should be shut down due to the lack of staff, service and quality. almost every review is extremely negative. At this point I’m going to complain to the better business bureau about this location due to it’s extremely low standards and health hazards.

I feel for the employees that work here. Clearly they are short handed and not managed very well. The wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous and it’s not any better when you go in. A 30 minute wait for fast food and then being charged an arm and a leg for it to also be cold is a slap in the face. As far as I can tell from the other reviews of this particular location it’s a location problem for sure. The owner needs to hire more staff and do better!

I came in Patiently waited 1hr for my food other people came in second and I still received my food last while they received it sooner it really irritated me only because I had my daughters and I didn’t wanna show them to freak out on people,employees freaking out under staffed or un trained this work place is awful the customers and the employees something needs to change very sad to see how a McDonalds could be this bad I would consider looking into some help , uber drivers waiting for food for over 30 mins
This is a great place to work if you are in college, because you can completely ignore the work aspect, and just do your homework back in the kitchen. I've been to this specific one three times. All three times, they've either completely ignored the instructions for the food, or just don't give me my items.
Just to emphasize this, this place has a 100% failure rate on order completion from my experience. 100%. Impressive honestly.
That being said, I'm done with McDonald's. Every single one around Reno and sparks is awful now. I hope this establishment goes under. It needs to, for the sake of whatever decent McDonalds are left out there in the world.

Every time my or my fiancé order from here there’s always something missing from our orders. Like either a full meal missing or a burger, tenders, etc. the food is usually fresh yes, but we always end up having half our order missing. Maybe it’s lack of staffing or maybe because it’s still new? I hope it’ll get resolved or they’ll get better at noticing that something is missing. I know places forget food from time to time and it happens we’re human, but to have it happen every time I order there kind of sucks.

Terrible experience, waited 40+ minutes for our curbside order, and when we received it the order wasn't complete. Asked 3 times an update on the missing items and kept getting "the sausage burritos are still being made." No sense of urgency from what seemed to be the floor managers, seemed as if we kept getting brushed off. Two groups in front of us ended up walking away with no food because of the wait. No one was in the room too, drive thru only had about 4-5 cars. Too bad because the ambiance was nice and clean. Don't come to this McDonald's if you want a quick meal, nothing is quick.
