Literally the worst and slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to, and I go to many on all my road trips. This one is a joke.
I've come several times over the years while visiting my sister in town, every time thinking maybe it was an off day.. but nope. I've learned this is their normal, and today was even worse!
We spent 25+ mins in the drive through line. Got handed cold fries by the time we got to the pick up window, and then sent to the next window to wait for our drinks. My sister got handed a frappe that was not even blended.
Ridiculous. Just avoid it. Go to the next closest... the time you'll waste waiting for terrible food isnt worth the saving drive time.

They burn just about everything they cook. 4 times in a row since I started coming here.
Please teach them how to cook and follow procedures in the kitchen.... Thank you the customer

Long wait even though there was only one car in the drive through. When I go to order, they were out of half the menu items. Staff was rude and wouldn’t acknowledge me at the window. If I hadn’t promised my kids happy meals I would have left, even though they didn’t even have chocolate milk. Then I had to park and wait for the food on top of it all

First they took orders from people in the second line before me then gave me attitude when I pulled up because I complained then asked me to pull around because they needed to wait form my bottle of water. I asked for my money back. When she gave me my money back she said it took her longer to get my money back than to give my bottle of water. Then yelled god bless you. lol never will I ever go back again.

I would avoid this McDonald’s and go to another one close by. My order had some of the worst fries I think I’ve ever gotten in any fast food restaurant. Half of them were hard as a rock while some were cold.

Found a square piece of plastic in the soda, also the bottom bun of my Big Mac was hard and stale. Pretty impressed how this McDonald’s is fairly new yet so awful.
Also mcdonalds is known for its burgers yet they somehow forget to put the burgers in the bag. Truly amazing.

This man particularly brown tall Asian fellow that keeps wearing medical masks, even though the pandemic is over, was ever nice and polite good speed

For the 2nd time wrong food upon getting home checking bag and overcharged because of it. Would think +$40 of food would get it right. Do not recommend this McDonalds.
Make sure you double check your receipt and triple check what’s in your bag before you leave. I’ve had this location give me incomplete orders on multiple occasions.

I would give 0 if I could. Why is there always a wait in the drive thru even when there's nobody there AND making me pull to a second window to wait. Theres literally no customers, why does it take so long to receive the food?? I also pay extra for sauces yet there's never any sauce why even put the charge if your employees can't even manage one sauce
Grat customer service
Went with my son inside as he wanted to order and pay with his cash, he got ignored for about 10 minutes before finally being helped. Then he got his order on a tray when he asked for it to go. He again got ignored even after saying excuse me trying to get attention of the workers in the back. When they finally acknowledged him he asked if he could have a bag. They gave him a normal brown bad (my son’s fault) but he then tried to get their attention again so he could ask for a bag with handles because we were on our scooters. As we continued to get ignored for about another 2 minutes I told my son let’s just go your food is already cold. For a simple order of one meal it took over 30 minutes not because they were slammed but because they just don’t service the front counter. (we would’ve used the kiosk, but there was a sign on it, saying if paying with cash come to the counter) Also, don’t like using the kiosk because I can’t ever customize the order. Now to put the cherry on top, my son ordered and paid for two ranches, because we are so focused on getting a bag while getting ignored we forgot all about the sauce until we got home.
