Customer service 10/10 better than the one down pyramid & eagle. The manager lacks customer service so i prefer this one. Plus food and fries is always fresh at the los altos one. No matter how backed up how long line is they reassure and dont get annoyed or even show any sign of being annoyed by customers. When im here they are very attentive, still pushing through the orders, and still maintaining a great customer service. I came in today for drive thru and the team was...
