Customer service 10/10 better than the one down pyramid & eagle. The manager lacks customer service so i prefer this one. Plus food and fries is always fresh at the los altos one. Drive up has a problem. This is the second time in 3 weeks that I used this location. Not sure what happens. First time at least a 15 minute wait after pulling into the wait zone after ordering. On this 2nd visit . After ordering I had to pull around to the front wait zone. Now I’m out front pushing 15 minute waiting. I’m on my inside to check. Wish me luck. McDonald’s really needs to pay their workers more.
