They say they are charging one price and then the price is different at the door it's ridiculous, also they charge to take a hat in dumbest thing ever. It's also super small and the bathrooms are nasty.

We were hoping to dance to real Latin music. The DJs are in charge of the music but unfortunately they don't know how to read their music. Most people sat the entire time. We were there for 3 hours and the most Latin thing was a mix of reggeton with hiphop. I hope you are more observant.

Since when tf was oak room 21+ men and 18+ women? That's pervy asf. Writing this review 10 minutes after they denied our guy friend access (he was 19) (we were 18) they allowed girls access. Do better.

They change the design of the bar inside and the bathrooms are terrible and when they close they don't have the courtesy to say we're going to close otherwise you're dancing and they turn off the music and we're already closed. What a lack of respect for people.

Horrible security, no respect for women there. BIG 6'4 security guard tried to assault my wife(5'5) then tried to fight me. We did nothing wrong. Guy didnt know how to talk to people or how to resolve anything. His first thought is lets fight. Personality of a convict. Good luck anybody that goes there

Long line to go in.... waitresses say they know how to waitress they don't they take forever to get our order and they give you an attitude after they forget to put in my order like it's my fault ... but they know how to waitress yeah ok... want good service go to Millenium ??

Honestly do not go here at all. The building is a little beat down shack. The security is rude and have no respect for woman at all. They charge for literally everything. Hat..charge. Jeans...charge...so many stupid things. Drinks are way too overpriced to be drinking in a run down shack. Walking in is like going to a 80s roller rink...it is just ridiculous.
Oakroom is the best vibe out here in the Reno/Sparks area. The DJ and the workers are the life of the party! It’s always a movie and full of fun surprises, you gotta go every weekend or youll never know what youll miss!

It was my first time at a club so it was a total culture shock. I'm not sure if all club are like this or not, but I'm a little disappointed. I went for their Halloween themed night and there was a long 30-40 minute wait outside before you can enter. Once inside it was smoky, crowded, and dirty. They don't have any food options. Only drinks, but even for the drinks, it is a very long line. I do like the quick and easy ways to pay the bartenders though. Very limited seating area as well. There were only two bathrooms. The one I went to was damp all over the floor and the toilet seat (I'm assuming it's urine). A lot of people grinding on each other, people smoking cannabis, and probably other drugs. The music played were good. Mostly Latin music. The price to get inside was quite expensive for the quality received. I definitely would not come back here.

i love this place. great music, it's very cute and cozy. aside from that i know someone who was let in with her 18+ friends who is only 13. and, this is not the first time. check ID's better and you should be able to tell if the id is fake. this is unacceptable!
