So I’ve been coming to this restaurant once a week for just about the last two months. I would say the overall service provided to customers has significantly dropped off. Over the last eight visits after submitting my appetizer sheet for all you can eat, We’ve only received those appetizers four of the eight visits. The other four were missing. All eight visits have had at least one incorrect or missing sushi roll from the all-you-can-eat sheet as well. My group and I have also noticed that most of the staff spend their day on their phones or talking amongst each other. Attention to detail here has certainly lacked over the last 2 to 3 months. I have no idea what changed because the staff has pretty much stayed the same. The younger gentleman, waiter that has the design cut into the back of his haircut is by far your best employee. The smaller female, who is generally stationed at the cashier or greeter station by the front door is your least attentive employee. Always on her phone, and acting pretty ingenuine. She dropped off our food a couple of times and we profusely said thank you (just to test this theory) and she just turned around and went to go do something else on her phone. On a completely different and slightly inappropriate note, none of the younger females are wearing any sort of “support” underneath their work attire. The sushi is great, sometimes heavy on the Sriracha, but I don’t mind.

Well we've been eating there for a couple years, it was always great, my wife loves the Shimp Tempura with fried rice meal, I usually order the Teri Salmon fried rice meal, the portions are pretty good size, we takeout more than dine in, but these past couple times we've gone to order for a takeout, same menu and notice that it's becoming smaller in portion and the taste is not as before, I don't know if they hire other chefs..oh what..anyways yesterday we went for a takeout order the wife changed her menu for the Teri chicken, the fried rice looked and tasted terrible, we don't know what happened the chicken was very bland...anyway she threw it out, when she came put to the car with the bag I asked her Where's my Teri salmon? When I open the little box, I said no is my salmon usually its in the lunch size box, it was 2 pieces of tiny salmon on rice, it's not what I ordered, I was disappointed, my wife was going back in, I just said forget it let's go.... small portion Teri chicken with fried rice, 2 little shimp sushi 25.00, no big deal right? Well that's the last time we're eating there, things are changing globally I guess. Have a great day.

Saw a guy blow his nose then went back to making rolls not changing his gloves. Won't be back to eat here.

It's was grate just wish when they took your order they would give you a new paper to make your next order you have to ask for it. Eather way the food was great every one there is nice and if you ask they give you a new order form

In my personal experience, visiting Ohana Sushi with a party of six or more has not gone well. The restaurant adds gratuity for larger groups, and it felt to me like some servers already knew their tip was guaranteed, which made the service seem less attentive.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I was disappointed. At my table, we waited a long time before anyone came over, several orders were incorrect, and some dishes never arrived even after we asked more than once. This happened on a slow weekday afternoon, so it did not appear busy. From my perspective, staff spent more time chatting than checking on guests.

I used to recommend Ohana Sushi, but my loyalty has declined because this is not the first time I’ve had service issues here. Based on my own evaluations of many restaurants, this stands out as the worst service I’ve personally experienced. To me, it does not reflect a hospitable environment, and I no longer feel confident bringing larger groups here.

Ohana sushi has very welcoming atmosphere where you and your family can enjoy sushi together. It’s a very cute area and never disappoints! I recommend this place to all who have a family special occasion or birthdays this place to eat.

Great lunch for our larger group of 7, we didn't wait long to be seated during lunch. Everyone enjoyed the food! The service was good and the vibe is busy. Pricey, but we did all you can eat so we expected it to be.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has such good reviews. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was very unfriendly and didn’t do their job at all. The service was terrible, they even forgot to prepare one of the items we ordered.

On top of that, they never greeted us, were rude throughout the visit, and took the soy sauce from our table almost immediately without asking if we were still using it.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place.
