First of all, this place brought a menu to my work for marketing. We gave it a try and it was a disaster. They charged us 8 dollars for a small bag of chips and they add 2 dollars to every to go item you have. Their customer service was not very good and when asked about the price of the small chips they said they add a fee to each item. Their food was not worth it. Will not be ging back.

Bartender's are females not over 110 pounds each apparently client's of the pusher man. They offer homemade food brought in by unkowns (never eat stranger food).

I’ve been there a good amount of time and every time I go in, Daniel is very welcoming and is a great conversationalist. Whenever I order my food he prepares it quickly and it comes out great. I have a wonderful time every-time I am there.

Drinks are great, however ANY FOOOD requests are pretty much sent back because it's just disgusting. I wish it were different w/being an option so close to home. I've tried everything on the menu. The only thing not sent back was a $2 bag of doritos & pretzels. No outside food is allowed but come on if you're spending $$ on drinks some edible munchies would be awesome!

Recently refurbished and rebranded On the Rocks is a neighborhood bar located in Sparks on the corner of Los Altos and Vista. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the newly remodeled inside is bright and welcoming. Outside you can find a spacious patio with plenty of seating for parties of any size and views of the surrounding mountains.
Friendly bartenders and great drinks. They do have a cocktail menu for those that don't want to just order a regular drink. They also have video poker.
