Dry over cooked chicken, and noodles. Every time I come here is the same disappointment. Never again. I am convinced all the positive reviews are people with no standards.

Great food, fresh and fast. And holy crap the staff are all outrageously cute. Definitely come here for great food, service and prices.
I ordered the bigger plate, 1/2 fried rice and half chow mein. The noodles and rice were dry, and flavorless. The noodles were much better after I added soy sauce. I got honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, and broccoli beef. I really really liked the chicken, it was crispy and very tasty. The shrimp was alright, it was a little weird and it was less than room temperature and the beef was disgusting. Even the broccoli seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way. I also bought a root beer but never received it!!

I ordered 4 plates today, the food is Ok, but I found they changed 1.5 more for one plate. I talked to cashier, she checked and gave me 1.5$ cash back. But didn’t say anything, it’s their fault, why so hard to say sorry.

Employees acting like the food they serving is coming out they paychecks. 15-18$ for 1 scoop of everything. They need to pay them more to give out bigger portions? Wack place. Stingy with portions acting nice . Asking for donations just to get tiny portions what a joke. Worst panda I've been to .

I did a online pick up and when i got home i realized they didnt give me my bejing beef and so i tried to go to customer care but their website dont work. So id like to get some help with this please. For a refund. I have a picture of my receipt and food to prove.

Only because I have to rate if not I wouldn't even give them one star. All because they like to push people forward without having them follow their food anymore one of our plates came out one entree short. They pushed us out so quick they didnt give me my change. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately I didn't notice till we made it home. We also dont live close enough to go back and complain. Also, when getting our drinks there were ants on the Dr. Pepper. Panda has definitely lost their quality!!!! I wish I took picture of the ants they had crawling on their soda machine.

For a really long time, this was my favorite place for noodles. Now I have to get rice because they ruined the noodle recipe. Im sure it has everything to do with saving a dollar. Was it worth it? Because I'm not coming back until they figure it out.
