Food here is pretty good. Although the people serving the food and Tend to be very stingy with the amount that you receive. There was an Asian guy that only put five honey walnut shrimp on my plates and I asked him, why so little? he said, because that's what he was told to do.I've been noticing that other workers have been doing the same exact thing by shortchanging the customer. I go in some days when certain people are not working. Please resolve this issue because this is the only thing wanting to keep me from coming and eating at your establishment.
Ordered through the mobile app & when I got home, my meal was 80% rice and 20% beijing beef. When I started eating it didn’t seem like there’s that much rice but as soon as i got to eating a few beef, there’s definitely more rice than beef. Disappointed and will now be asking to put more meat than rice now everytime i go. Watch out though, because when i requested this before they said it would be an extra charge for “extra” meat. When all you’re really asking is to make it equal.
This is easily the worst Panda experience i have had. For one, the place was filthy and disgusting, bathrooms were awful as well. The employees were more concerned with their phones and gossip. I had a minor concern and the manager there acted like it was my problem. If you are craving Panda Express I would recommend you go to another location. This one is beyond disappointing and is the worst run

The food here was overcooked. The restaurant was filthy, probably the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. The large lady manager who was on duty was rude and should be fired.

ordered with UberEats. I got a plate with orange chicken and fried rice; with a drink called Peach Lychee. the drink was very good, did not care for the food. I got a lot of tiny pieces of batter instead of chicken. will not be ordering here again.

Very disappointed in the food at this location I ordered orange chicken and kun pow chicken with fried rice and chow mein and the orange chicken was chewy like beef jerky and was difficult to chew and the kun pow chicken had more peanuts and peppers than actual meat, I probably had about three small pieces of meat, but I could not believe how hard the orange chicken was and all the entries in the glass prep area looked old and not fresh. Unfortunately, I will never visit this location again. I guess I wasted $14 and time. I don’t understand why they would keep a little bit of food in each tray instead of keeping everything, presentable and fresh
I guess they want their customers to have the scraps.

If I could give you 10 stars out of 5 for service and atmosphere I would. It is a very humid day and crystal greeted me with the most pleasant friendly smile. I was not feeling well and all I asked is a water. And I told her whenever you can. She was literally in the middle of packing an order and she took a moment and made sure I got my water. She should be the face of Panda Express. The store was very clean and so was the lady’s restroom. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered food today on app 8-3-2025 to be picked up at 9:30am at Los Altos Sparks location. Came in at 9 30, they open at 9am. Doors are closed. They don't answer phone. Money collected ahead of time on app. No sign on the door or anything. So no money, no food, no explanation. Thank you Panda Express!
PS. Shortly after my review Panda Express on Los Altos changed on Google their hours marking they are closed on Sundays. It says open on Sundays right on their door though.

I used to like their food but they’ve forgotten how to cook orange chicken. Three times now it’s turned out excessively chewy/over cooked. The cooks need to be retrained or the chicken supplier replaced.

I did not catch her name, but there is a 55+ year-old lady working there who likes to ignore you. Check cameras from today about 1158 AM. Stood there for over six minutes she walked by me three times and would not make eye contact. I think I will stick with the Chinese place across the parking lot.
