This is for the so called manager JACKIE! We have been coming to this location since my family and i came to Nevada a few months ago and never had any issues. Then all of a sudden the orange chicken started tasting weird to the point that my toddler didn't even want to eat it. So after the 3rd time of dealing with this I decided to contact panda. Mind you I bought my toddler lunch and went back to work. Dad let me know he wouldn't eat the food and once dad tasted it he said its horrible. So I called and spoke to JACKIE who was not helpful at all. She was rude and apparently didnt believe that we didnt eat the food. I requested a refund and she asked for me to go back and return the food. I let her know I was working and would not be able to stop by till after work. After going back and forth with her she finally said ill refund you but GUESS WHAT!? She never did. And here is proof we never eat the nasty food. We will DEFINITELY not be returning to this location. JACKIE is very rude and unprofessional.

went to this location over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience with Paula! the wait was a little longer than usual but Paula explained to us that it was because their system unexpectedly shut down so I definitely appreciated the communication on her part! the problem was resolved quickly and Paula provided us with the best customer service. :)

Ordered for pick up on the app. Got email confirmation of the order. Got a text saying that the order was ready. Get to the location and it's closed with a sign saying for online orders go to the side door. Go to the side door and when someone finally acknowledged me, they said they were closed. Claimed an email was sent. No email was sent. So here i sit not getting to eat today because I don't have time to get something else because they couldn't bother to alert people ordering that they were not taking orders.

Clean place Friedely face
Panda express in general is a great place for great food but this location was not up to the standards set by the company. I got off a 12 hour shift at work and had to wait almost 20 minutes for a dish to be refilled and was told it'll be a few minutes but just so I can go home I settled for a dish I don't particularly like.

I want to give a shout out to Vanessa one of the managers at this location, I eat panda a few times a week (healthier than burger and fries lol) , I use doir dash , this week I have had my food stolen one day by the door dash driver and another day the girl was lost , could not understand me on the phone and then left the food on the ground , Vanessa went above and beyond and contacted door dash for me , my food is always yummy , and I give the location and Vanessa 5 stars plus!

Multiple times we have gone, food has been decent. Smaller portions than normal, hit or miss on quality. Today we received no fortunes in the fortune cookies. Staff is always kind enough. Overall the experience is mid.

The servers seemed to have a language barrier. We had to repeat what we wanted multiple times and still they order was incorrect. The food was decent for fast food but we also had to wait for a dish to be refilled. If you have a hankering for Chinese but don't want to dine out ina spendy Chinese restaurant this will satisfy in a pinch. Brush up on your Spanish and you should be fine.

This location loaded my plate up and gave me extra sauces!! Wayy better than the one on Sparks Blvd. I ordered two orders of the honey sesame chicken and it was absolutely delicious with the noodles and soy sauce. The shrimp was also tasty, and it was all worth it. Gave me a bunch of sweet and sour too :)

You can never go wrong on the food selection at Panda Express! If you are looking for good Chinese food at reasonable prices, this is it!
You have a choice of Fried Rice and/or Noodles to start. We always make sure to get the Orange Chicken as our primary entrée, then either get the mixed greens or another meat dish like the Honey Walnut Shrimp or Kung Pao Chicken. There are a lot more choices tailored to satisfy.

Ordered a family meal for take out with premium entree, had to wait for the premium entree for 10 minutes cause it was being cooked. Got home and the container for the premium entree was only half filled, called the branch and told them the issue and they wanted me to comeback right then when I just wanted to enjoy the food and not had to deal with traffic. Just like all panda restaurants, they will ask you to round up for donations for their own tax write off benefits. Definitely looofor other alternatives for food and I would not recommend them.

Food here is pretty good. Although the people serving the food and Tend to be very stingy with the amount that you receive. There was an Asian guy that only put five honey walnut shrimp on my plates and I asked him, why so little? he said, because that's what he was told to do.I've been noticing that other workers have been doing the same exact thing by shortchanging the customer. I go in some days when certain people are not working. Please resolve this issue because this is the only thing wanting to keep me from coming and eating at your establishment.
