Quick and friendly service!
Walked in ordered chicken bacon artichoke thin crust pizza. They did not put it on thin crust. Nobody liked dinner. They said we can come get a new one at 7 pm, when kids are hungry angry lol. Won't come back. Also terrible customer service.

This Papa Murphy's is excellent, and would have received a 5 star review were it not for the manager. The employees are all fantastic, polite, and do their jobs well. The manager, on the other hand, is rude, curt, and expresses his irritation openly at customers who do not order ahead of time for pick up.
After shaking his head and muttering loudly at a customer behind me, an older gentleman, the customer inquired where he could find the phone number to do so. "The internet," the manager replied in an aggressive tone. I apologized for not placing an order online, and the inconvenience. The manager responded by shaking his head and muttering under his breath.
This location needs better oversight by upper management.

I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my pick up time and anticipated waiting, but my order was already made. The store was clean. The staff were friendly and respectful.
The parking was easily accessible and directly in front of the pizza shop.
All in all 5 stars across the board. Thank you for the pleasant experience and making dinner on a busy friday an easy and tasty task.

(my local spot at this point): take and bake is almost a family thing for me?? This is perfectly that vibe, modernized because website/app order. They say pick up at 6:13 for a 5:30/5:45 order? belive the pick up cause I pull in and park at approx that time +/- 5 min, pre-paid via website, on a friday night, AND I am back in my car at 6:15... perfect ::chef kiss:: Service has always been pleasant and efficient.... again, perfect. Probably going to stay my local spot for minute and appreciate it enough to write a google review, thanks!
