When I went to place my order, there was only one gentleman working. Hours of operation was 11am ( opening ). He saw people standing outside needing to order or pickup. It was about 11:15 am when doors opened. He was not very pleasant to any of the customers. When I placed my order and came back to get it, there was another person working too. Not a friendly atmosphere.

The stuffed pizza is incredible. We got the pue home and thought thus doesn't look like the ad. We baked the pizza and it exceeded our expectation. Wow delicious and my favorite.

Ordered a chicken bacon artichoke pizza on a thin crust on Tuesday when they have their 10.99 special. When I paid he told me 16. I said why 16 . They told me because I got the pizza on a thin crust I could nt get the discount. This is the second time and only location I have ever had a problem. When they had their Ny extra large pizzas on special I ordered 2 of them after asking if they were doing the special and they said they were . When I got there they tried to charge me 36 when it should have been 22. I said keep them and started walking out the door. The woman acted like she was doing me a favor and said she would give me a discount which was actually what they were supposed to be so I paid for them. I started going to the one on vista where I will continue to go because I won t be back to this store

Staff are always welcoming when I come inside and are quick to provide service. Every once in a while I've had to wait a few extra minutes because they were busy, but nothing major. Any time I have ordered on the phone it has been easy and never had an issue. My order is always made correctly and turns out delicious after baking.On my last visit one of the staff members even ran out after I left to give my daughter a sticker, which I thought was so sweet!

Well, the old owners are gone for the last six months, the new owners turned off the phone, and now is the worst service I have ever received at this place. Which is sad. We used to get two pizzas a week, now we get nothing , we make our own pizza now or we go downtown Reno for the best pizza ever. Why they shut down their phones, I have no idea. We ordered two pizzas. One was a cowboy pizza about 20 bucks, then we ordered a pepperoni, black olives, cheese pizza, paid an arm and a leg for both of them, husband gets home and there's only two pepperonis. That's it for $9.99 each when I paid over $45 for two pizzas, and of course, when I called them, the phone is disconnected. This new owner has no clue what they are doing, we went there one day, and there was an employee, that was outside, smoking a cigarette, walked back in doors, and not washing his hands, and was preparing pizzas. Yucko! Sick. After getting a few weeks worth of pizzas over the next month, and all were wrong, I always ordered from an app, and hubby picks up, so he has no clue what I ordered, we live 25 minutes from them, so no taking them back. We will not go back. There are so many people complaining about this place now, the employees stand around, doing nothing. They have no clue what they are doing. There is no management. It was our favorite take and bake pizza too but now that the old owners are gone , nope we are not going back anymore and so are not a lot of people, because the next-door app shows how many people are so disappointed with this place now. Hopefully one day they will get it together!!
