Best Italian restaurant in sparks! They have a large menu with everything from traditional American Italian favorites to unique Chef made dishes. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service is even better. Everyone that we encountered was professional, but also warm and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pietro’s Famiglia has been a local favorite in Sparks since 2005, and it’s clear this place knows how to deliver a memorable dining experience. My wife and I have enjoyed Pietro's many times over the years. The food is fabulous. Italian cuisine starts with the sauce. They have mastered the flavor of the sauces, whether Marinara, Alfredo, meat sauce, Picata, etc. We always have a great dining experience here. A nice wine list as well. The chef is always friendly and is welcoming. . The staff is accommodating. Everything is made in-house, including desert.
