Been going here quite a while. And before covid, the menu was much better! After covid, it got reduced,Miss the appetizers and quite a few dishes.
Last time, I was there. My salad was not very good.
But my partner, who had the same salad, theirs looked really good.So I don't know what happened there.
As for the staff I find i'm either asked too many times how my food is.And if I need anything like every six minutes, asking me how the food is less than a minute. After it got to the table while I barely have a bite in my mouth, or not coming by at all to check my water or ask if we need anything else, having to flag someone down for your bill to get out of there As well.
I think they could do better for sure! They really need to change their menu up.It's time!

Brought in a group of colleagues from out of town and the interaction we had with Crystal made everyone feel comfortable and excited for a return visit. Will definitely be bringing back the crowd.

Love Pinocchio's! Took a friend who had never been there she really liked it too.
I like several things that I've had over the years. We have had several birthday dinners there, never disapointed.
This time, for lunch, I had a cob salad - was large, filled with choice options, but I like the Big-Ass salad better. NOT complaining about the cob - it was good too just wanted try something different. This is a place you can close your eyes, point at something on the menue, or the specials and it wii be good.

Went to Pinocchio's for their famous steak dinner, and my old pal Phil Harmonic from Saigon went to Chris Ruth Steakhouse on my dime because I lost the bet! It was an 8 pound Weaverback Bellyhoop that he reeled in out on Lake Tahoe, and I bet him it was a Fallcrested Warmwabbler...And he was right!
So.. here I am at Pinocchio's, and Phil is at Chris Ruth! Pinocchio's is always an Amazing dinner! ☆☆☆☆☆

I’m a foodie.
I had the spaghetti and meatballs.

It had no real flavor, the sauce was watery and the meatballs did not taste like they were fresh.

Tried my friends ravioli and it didn’t taste fresh either

I’m guessing cheap ingredients and frozen food.

I won’t be back

Sorry Pinocchio’s but I’m being honest
