Kind of a joke you won’t answer calls 20 minutes before closing when you made me the wrong pizza. But I guess it just doesn’t matter these days rather just ignore a problem then own it. Sent a combo instead of the meat lovers.

Nothing is ever ready on time here. Add at least 10 minutes to any time you are given. I have had to wait every time I have come here.

Nice establishment in retro style. A bit disconcerting is the extra smell from the kitchen.

Rudest lady I have ever dealt with today. Did not get her name at about a 55 to 60 year old lady. She likes to yell a lot and does not understand customer services.

Seems like they get a lot of one-stars so I hate to give another one. BUT … when I order at the counter I don’t give a tip. Especially after so many fast food employees got a 100% raise (from $7.85 to $15) recently. That crap’s getting out of hand. The guy seemed miffed. I had to almost beg for napkins. And I didn’t like the chicken bacon melt at all. Also, the wings were more like popcorn chicken. And it’s getting pretty bad when you hope to God the employee didn’t spit in your food.

I really like your new chicken sausage and even though my phone made some choices by mistake the pizza was one of the best I have ordered - ever! That says a lot because I'm 74 and have eaten pizza from coast to coast and in Rome as well. I ended up with your classic marinara sauce on thin crust with chicken sausage, caramelized onions, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, grape tomatoes, garlic and basil pesto drizzle (before the ingredient list it said "Specialty Pizza: Pesto Margarita" but I think this was "customized," lol). Keep up the good work - I'll BE Back.

This is our second time getting pizza here. Our first time it was pretty darn good. This time we did carry out and this was the driest pizza I've had in a long time. Consistency is everything guys! Not sure we're gonna do this again

Last night, we ordered two large pepperoni & onion pizzas. They were delivered promptly and the temperature was good, so those were two positives, but… They were so skimpy on the toppings it was disappointing. Each large slice had maybe two or three pepperonis and one piece of onion, and a lot of the slices didn't have any onion on them at all. It almost looked like a cheese pizza that somebody accidentally spilled a few toppings on. (Seriously, Digiorno pizzas from the grocery store have more toppings than these did.) I don't ever remember Pizza Hut being this skimpy, but if this is the new direction, we're not likely to order from here again.

Note: I've also had problems getting rewards loaded to my Pizza Hut account, and the company sends canned unhelpful responses without any resolution. This is the third order I've placed that I didn't get any reward points for--and yes I verified that I'm signed up for rewards and they have verified it, too… I don't even want to get into all the details of how much back-and-forth has been spent over the problems with just getting rewards for our orders. Anyway... Pile that on top of skimpy toppings, and we'll just have to buy our pizzas somewhere else now.

What happened to pepperoni? It used to be all over the whole pizza , now you get maybe 12 pieces. Domino's has 3x the amount. Yeah, Pizza Hut is gone downhill in the worst way.

They pulled together my big box dinner using different pizzas. Old, dry pieces put together with newer. Why? Juuuuust why would you? Do not
