Had some issues with the app, and when we called the Eagle Canyon location, a guy named Jackson answered. He was extremely rude, didn't accommodate for the store's errors, and actually hung up on us. He claimed to be the highest authority on hand when we asked him to elevate the issue. Although he said he was the highest rank available, he apparently had no access or clearance to clear up our problem. We then asked to elevate the issue to someone who could help, and that is when he hung up on us. It's not the first time we've had trouble at this particular store with incompetence. Save your time and energy and stay away from this location.

We have a Pizza Hut just down the street from us and finally tried it out! It was great! Pizza and wings were flavorful, fries were nice and crunchy. Overall great experience.

I placed my order online. When it arrived the center of the pizza was literally raw, uncooked dough. I had to cook it for 15 minutes to make it edible. This was the worst delivery pizza I've ever experienced. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered online for 10:45 pickup when I got there at 10:50 they hadn’t even started the pizza. Guy came in from smoking straight to making my pizza! Not that hard to wash your hands especially when I can see straight to the prep area!!! SICK
This is why I’m am turning against pre tipping, I at least would like a tip refund! Defiantly won’t be back after leaving a 20% tip on a late pizza made by hands without even a pretense of washing! 🤮

Service was excellent. Pizzas were ready ahead of time.Quality of the pizza was poor. Ingredients scattered haphazardly across the pizza. Ingredients were tiny little slices to use as little as possible of the ingredients. First time eating at a Pizza Hut in 25 years. Will be that long again.What is wrong that most American businesses just don’t care to serve and sell quality food.
Parking: Extremely busy parking lot as the restaurant is next to a gas station. If you go here be very careful backing out of your parking space as it would easy to be hit.Also, it’s difficult to get in this lot if traveling south/north on 445. You must turn on Eagle Canyon and then do a u-turn.

None of the employees were wearing gloves while handling food and long fingernails on an employee. Touching hands and scratching heads, not washing hands, long hair flopping around while making pizza's.
