ordered a pizza about 4-5 hours in advance and they hadn't even started making it until we got there after being told it would be ready by the time we came. waited 30 minutes just for them to forget our fries. the pizza was great though, wings were pretty dry

Do better ordered at 505 pm 9/14/24 from Oddie blvd, because Mae Anna was a disappointment the last time, took over an hour to get order, #2 combo with fried zucchini, got home food was cold, no sauce on the wings. You suck

I just feel like this location need to get a handle on orders and communication or something.this isn’t the first time this has happened. About 50 minutes waiting inside for a combo 1 that I called in ahead of time. I was told 25 minutes on the phone and than a few more minutes when I went in to pay. I got in my car at 5:58 and paid at 5:16 I tad bit ridiculous I’d be driving to sparks in the future or finding pizza someplace more organized.

Slow Asffff waited for ONE PIZZA 45 minutes when told 15 ??then 30 min mark said what type pizza I wanted like excuses me ? lobby wasn’t even full definitely recommend Prater wat itterly counted 9 people eating in the lobby , why I’m i waiting 45 min lmaooo
My aunt, who is elderly and can’t use technology well ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would cost around $14 plus a delivery fee. However, they never informed her that the order needed to be $27 or more for delivery. She waited until 11 PM for the pizza, only to receive a call telling her she needed to pay more for delivery. In the future, it would be helpful if they informed customers of this pricing requirement upfront.

Love the pizza packages here! Food is generous portions, hot and fresh. Toppings are fresh and generous. Service is a little scattered, sometimes it's a little hectic but mostly very considerate. Old school environment could use some modern touch but we love it. Best option for parties or home get-togethers.

The pizza here is amazing and I know that if your from reno you know this is the #1 pizza spot out here. The customer service is great, fast, not feeling like I'm rushed and enough space so you can eat comfortably! I come here atleast 3 to 4 times a month to get pizza with family, sports family, and eat before drink with friends! Highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: They have a few games for the kids to play and I believe they still have that old game that was on the wall and you had to shoot stuff. It's old lol!
