VERY poor customer service. Went to go order on the phone and asked if my military discount can be added to my order, which has never been a problem before and got told they weren’t able to see it on their end , I asked what changed and got told “ ITS $49.50 YOU CAN PICK UP IN 30 MINUTES “ hangs up on me I know that they’re busy, but that is no way to talk to someone or handle a situation like that.

I got the meal with pizza, chicken fingers, wings, fried zucchini, fried mushrooms & steak fries. A very good deal at $23 & have so far made 2 meals out of it with some pizza remaining for a third. All of it quite good. Their staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Will go again.Parking: Quite a large lot & when day businesses close quite a few spots available.

I certainly won't ever do Pizza Plus again for Superbowl! We had made an order a week ahead and then called twice the day before to again confirm our order (mainly due to a previous issue with a large order and also because it was the Superbowl). We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time, very long wait (to be expected) but then to check out, a few minutes after reservation time, pizzas just being put in! it took our order 40 minutes past scheduled time to be complete. While offering a cookie, beer or chips may appease some for the delay, it didn't work for us. How about extra food, or a coupon for another time? The manager isn't equipped with the skill to manage large quantities.Why wouldn't you stop orders?? Very poor planning !

Placed our Super Bowl order 1 week before the big game this year. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized Pizza Plus was this year. We placed our order for 2pm, we arrived at 2pm and got into their well organized line that was set up. Not going to lie, I was a bit frightened with the line put the door. I was in line no more than 10 min. Paid and order was called out seconds later. Our food arrived fresh and hot.

HUGE HUGE shout out!To the crew on this team. I was impressed with how the entire team handled a very stressful Super Bowl Sunday. They had so many orders they were over an hour behind. When o arrived at my scheduled pick up time they were 1.5 hours behind. The store was full of people waiting. There was a gentlemen wearing black jersey hustling the entire time. He provided soda and beer for anyone who wanted something while they waited. The rest of the staff was also calm and kind the entire time. What a tough situation with all the upset guests. They handled it wonderfully!
First time there. Brought the pizza home, and the family loved it. Will be ordering more when wanting pizza.

The pizza was dry and terrible. I phoned in the order with a credit card and someone at the restaurant bought a video game using my credit card later that day. I had to cancel the card and call the card company to get my money back. Stay away from this place!
