I'd give 10 stars if it was an option. Way better then L&L, best hawiian food I've had thus far!

Really like it here. Friendly service and food is delicious. Hot and cold foods available. Other than pole options. Recommend the plate lunches.

This was my go to place for almost a year! I ordered multiple times a week sometimes. I even gave them grace when they gave me spoiled macaroni salad 1 time. I continued to eat there, thinking it was a one time experience, taking a risk. Well today I placed another order for pick up and allowed at least 10 minutes before I headed over there. I expected to probably wait 5-10 min tops upon arrival since they were close by. From the time I placed my order until the time I left, a whole hour had passed and they kept telling me that the brown rice wasn't ready yet. Even if cooked at home, it would not take me an hour to cook brown rice so at a restaurant this is completely unacceptable. I decided to leave without my food because it still was not ready after I sat there for an hour watching mutiple customers dine in, complete their meal, and leave while they kept telling me it's almost ready.

The food was SO good and fresh! I just wish they were open later. Great service every time

Stopped by Loco Ono Hawaiian BBQ during a quick trip to Reno and we’re so glad we did! I got the chicken katsu plate and my wife ordered the beef plate—both were absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, hot, juicy, and full of flavor.

Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and inviting. Great experience all around. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality—wishing you all the success! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town again.

Every time I've been here Every one has been cool. Poke has always been good they changed up there containers but got no complaints. Every time I'm in that area I will stop in to get a large plate

I CAME HERE LAST MONTH AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD, CAME TODAY AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG RICE WAS STIFF AND DRY. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER 🤮

Large servings and very fresh.

It was my first time getting a poke bowl and spam musubi from this location. Everything was incredible! Large portions, great topping choices, and yummy sauces 😋

Flavor was good, but half my ingredients were missing on my poke bowl.

Oh MAN this was good Poké. All the ingredients were super fresh and there are soooo many options and unlimited toppings. I’d come back tomorrow and eat this again.

My only real gripe was that my friend ordered a Regular and I ordered a Large, and they were in the same size container and seemed about the same size. But, maybe I got more food? Still, totally worth it and I’d come back again.

Normally love this location. But I've noticed salmon isn't an option on door dash. I called 2 twice before placing my order. No answer. Then called 17 times after to call and have them add the salmon as a replacement cause you guys carry it in store. Extremely disappointed that I placed a $70 order only to not have it be what I was hoping for. So thanks loco ono for your poor customer service and lack of updating.

Portions are always huge. The Roast pork and gravy is awesome. Customer service is always friendly.

I was coming here RELIGIOUSLY for weeks until one day I saw a thick black hair in the shrimp. I politely told the guy taking my order about it. He plucked it out & then proceeded to put that shrimp in the next order. I get that he was a young guy, brunette, zero friendliness, but CMON I've seen even the grumpiest severs care about hygiene more than that disgusting bullshit. Will not be back. It's a shame really
