First time ever trying it, the service and food where amazing

The food is good, but I don't like the way the Poke bowls are presented. I like where the base is actually a base underneath all the toppings/poke in a bowl. Everything is separated. Also, my biggest complaint is the online menu. The online menu always says that certain proteins and ingredients are unavailable, but when you go in they are available. The online menu only allowed me to choose 2 proteins for the regular bowl, but it comes with 3. I ordered Spam musubi at the counter. Online, you can choose make or no make, but when I aske dfor one of each they looked at me very confused and informed me there was only one way to make it. The poke bowls are good. The food is fresh, but if there were other viable poke options around, this would probably not be my first choice.

Really like it here. Friendly service and food is delicious. Hot and cold foods available. Other than pole options. Recommend the plate lunches.

This was my go to place for almost a year! I ordered multiple times a week sometimes. I even gave them grace when they gave me spoiled macaroni salad 1 time. I continued to eat there, thinking it was a one time experience, taking a risk. Well today I placed another order for pick up and allowed at least 10 minutes before I headed over there. I expected to probably wait 5-10 min tops upon arrival since they were close by. From the time I placed my order until the time I left, a whole hour had passed and they kept telling me that the brown rice wasn't ready yet. Even if cooked at home, it would not take me an hour to cook brown rice so at a restaurant this is completely unacceptable. I decided to leave without my food because it still was not ready after I sat there for an hour watching mutiple customers dine in, complete their meal, and leave while they kept telling me it's almost ready.

The food was SO good and fresh! I just wish they were open later. Great service every time

Stopped by Loco Ono Hawaiian BBQ during a quick trip to Reno and we’re so glad we did! I got the chicken katsu plate and my wife ordered the beef plate—both were absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, hot, juicy, and full of flavor.

Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and inviting. Great experience all around. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality—wishing you all the success! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town again.

Every time I've been here Every one has been cool. Poke has always been good they changed up there containers but got no complaints. Every time I'm in that area I will stop in to get a large plate

It was my first time getting a poke bowl and spam musubi from this location. Everything was incredible! Large portions, great topping choices, and yummy sauces 😋
