I've gone here so many times and it sucks that they did me this bad. The kid at the window was a bit rude. I got 3 sandwiches and a cookie which apparently take 15minutes with no one else in line. Never had it taken even close to that time and I've been there when it's busy. Finally I asked for my sub toasted when I realized it wasn't, I ask this kid to fix it. He told me he was going throw the old sub away... He didn't he toast it with all the veggies on it. They also forgot the cookie. If I could give a zero for this I would. I'm not stupid and customers should be treated as such.

Every single employee was absolutely delightful. The manager"Jay" was the rudest employee in the store. No hello, no eye contact, just a quick " you know what you want?! When I went to return the bathroom key, I was yelled at to just " throw it over there! Food delicious. Do better management hiring and training POS!

I always go to port of subs! This time it was very different went a few days ago through the drive thru an got my usual sandwich when I got to the window a girl with black hair asked me if I wanted to do graditudity because I used my debt card an unfortunately I couldn't at the time so I said no got no receipt so she decided to tip herself $3 on my card! How I found out is I went to the store know how much I should have had an was declined then talked to my dad about it an we both came to the conclusion since I'm a young guy she assumed I was just stupid! I reported to Port of subs an went there she girl was gone they refunded me cash which I thought was starange an I asked to talk to GM an was told she wasn't there til the next day! Following day I got my $3 back on the card. I went there today to get a sub an I believe she is still working there port of subs if u see this love your food but I wouldn't doubt sum embezzlement is going on at this location an I will find out!

The service at this location is amazing. The employees are extremely nice and very helpful, I went in a few days ago and there was amazing employee with red hair I’m not quite sure of the name she was so fast and extremely helpful and nice. . If i could i would come here every day!

Extremely upset with the customer service in this Port Of Subs. It was pretty crowded in there at the time when I ordered, in which I didn't mind too much. I simply ordered a grilled chicken melt with a fountain drink. When I reached the cashier, she asked me what I ordered, so of course I said: "Grilled chicken melt". Cashier got mad at me and kept repetitively asking me: "What did you get?" At this point I'm frustrated and overwhelmed. The sandwich maker also got mad at me and told me I was holding up the line. She kept scoffing, rolling her eyes at me, and asking me if I understood English or what she was saying, speaking slowly to see if I understood. After about 15-20 times of the cashier asking me what I got, and saying "Grilled chicken melt" 15-20 times as well, she said in an annoyed tone: "And that's what I meant". Food was really good, but the customer service was OUTRAGEOUS. I've never been more disappointed. It did not have to take 5 minutes in line to just to say my order and ring me up, it should've taken at least at least a minute. I walked out of the store embrassed and upset. Probably not coming to this location again.

They must have been training. Usually I get three healthy scoops of tuna on a large sandwich, this day I got three half scoops of tuna on my large sandwich. 4.1 because I like port of subs.
