To the owners of this port of subs at the Spanish Springs location! Holy cow the crew you had working tonight sept 30 at 8:00 are freaking outstanding! I eat at many of your locations and have only felt like leaving a review a couple times. This is one of them! Outstanding fresh sandwiches made perfectly! Seriously the best we have had in a long time. Those kids rock and absolutely gave amazing service with a smile! I hope you acknowledge them for being great! Thank you!

This sandwich spot did an absolute amazing job. Our plater order was originally set for 10:45 and when we asked for it to be done over an hr earlier they were very understanding and got it all done within 15minutes! By 9:15 we were able to pick it up. The service was amazing and we are super appreciative for them making accommodations for us! Amazing location and amazing workers!
Food is made quickly with no problem. Service is quick you'll be in and out within 10-15 minutes and atmosphere has no problems.

This is the second port of subs I have walked into where nobody in the store seems to have a clue what to do. There was like 6 people behind the counter and we were told to wait while one of the employees finished making an online order very slowly. There was no one ahead of us. The second employee didn’t know what a kid sandwich was and she poured the shaker before oil and vinegar. It is clear that they aren’t trained the port of subs way on how to do things. It is making port of subs look bad because I had the same problem at another port of subs in town. Port of subs is my favorite sandwich shop but I do not want to wait an hour to get a sandwich because nobody is properly trained. It is ruining it for me.

I know the owner and haven’t seen her in a very long time I mean at least 23 years. The food and service was excellent and I live in south Reno and will come back just to see her and her family and support her business. Very clean and a nice atmosphere. My food was excellent.

In my opinion this is the dirtiest Port of Subs I’ve been in!! The lettuce containers were not cleaned. There was food underneath the serving containers where the serving pans sit. The meat slicer hadn’t been wiped/cleaned. Even the napkin dispenser is dirty, and the soda machine dispenser. Then upon exiting, I decided I to use the ladies room, the toilet didn’t flush. The bathroom was filthy. They definitely need a visit from the health department. I did notify the manager about the bathroom.
