I eat at Port of Subs sometimes and generally, the sandwiches are good but The Pilgrim was the worst sandwich ever! Are you trying to copy Capriottis, The Bobby because your sandwich sucks! Hardly no meat, a pathetic amount of meat and other ingredients. It didn't taste good at all! Take this garbage off your menu!!!

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado 🥑 Sandwich and did not approve what they sent me. I Called the store and all I got was they were out they shouldn't have made a sandwich without talking to my doordasher and having that person text or call me. IWILL NEVER ORDER OR GO INTO THIS STORE AS THE WORKERS DO NOT CARE!!!

I'm a Reno native and I've been going to Porter subs since I was a little kid and I've always been able to get grated Parmesan on my Italian sandwich. This is the only location that has ever tried to charge me to put Parmesan cheese on top of my sandwich. I stopped going 100% to Subway. Because of the same type of silliness changing of rules that have been in effect for I'm 50 years old I've been eating this sandwich for over 40 years probably even younger than that like I said every location that I go to give you free Parmesan cheese on your sandwich. This is the only place in the world that won't next to deli town, USA, which tried to charge you extra for Parmesan cheese and it's like three dollars and guess what I'll never go there again either. To the best of subs location in town in the Galleria mall in Sparks, I just want to Send out a shot to you for doing business the right way. Keep your Parmesan cheese, bro. I will never eat here again unless all the location stop doing it and then I'll just do whatever I want. Good luck getting everyone to change dude I will forever. Talk shit about you in your location.

Horrible customer service. I asked for mayo and mustard and the Middle Eastern guy literally squirted the entire bottles on my sandwich. Please see the attached photos. He also made another one of my sandwiches with old bread. Also made the third sandwich incorrectly. Please do not go to this location. Horrible and will never return
The facility was very clean and smelled amazing the workers were sweethearts but the food was over promised and under delivered. The ladies who made my food were blonde and brunette but I found multiple red hairs in my food as I have blonde/brown hair it threw me off and ruined my appetite.

This is our go-to spot for port of subs take out, but it's so hit and miss. Sometimes there's mold on our toppings, sometimes it's fresh AF and packed. Sometimes they leave our toppings off all together. Sometimes they skimp on the meat and cheese. Literally had a "double meat and cheese" once with 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of meat with moldy lettuce. Last time that happened, I stopped eating port of subs for a year. My last two orders have been bad. Guess it's time for another break.
