The facility was very clean and smelled amazing the workers were sweethearts but the food was over promised and under delivered. The ladies who made my food were blonde and brunette but I found multiple red hairs in my food as I have blonde/brown hair it threw me off and ruined my appetite.

This location has 2 overweight female employees that think it's ok to clean with chemicals not wash their hands and just make a sandwich. I won't return until they are no longer working at this location.

This is our go-to spot for port of subs take out, but it's so hit and miss. Sometimes there's mold on our toppings, sometimes it's fresh AF and packed. Sometimes they leave our toppings off all together. Sometimes they skimp on the meat and cheese. Literally had a "double meat and cheese" once with 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of meat with moldy lettuce. Last time that happened, I stopped eating port of subs for a year. My last two orders have been bad. Guess it's time for another break.

My wife and I went in for dinner. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and aggressive. He told my wife she couldn't order a sandwich with just cappicola on it, even though we have ordered it for her at that location and all other Port of Subs locations in northern Nevada many times. He continued to insist how the sandwich "must" be made, so we left. I won't return to this location again.

So fresh ! So clean ! I eat lunch at least 1 time a week at the place and it's amazing! So quick with the food I didn't even have to wait more then 5 minutes to get my PERFECTLY made foot long combo. Heart warming smiles and awesome energy.

Service was rude and didn’t make me feel welcome. I was given the wrong drink that I ended up dropping outside because it was wrong. The they made the cheese paper thin on my wrap as well.
I ordered 16 catering trays, and they were ready and waiting when I arrived! It was the best catering experience ever! Friendly staff, easy ordering, and very clean. I highly recommend working with Nav! Thank you for being awesome!

The cleanest port of subs I have been to… from the slicer to the whole shop!! The person behind the counter, Nav, was super helpful with making my sandwich, offered great service, and was super friendly!. Will most definitely be my main spot to go to for Lunch from now on!
