I just had to throw away the most expensive, most disgusting pastrami sandwich I've ever ordered... I'm ashamed FOR you!!! ABSOLUTELY 💯 AWFUL 😖 YOU didn't even make the sandwich correctly, and what you did make was 1/2 soggy and 1/2 hard from microwaving it so much...

Usually very good but today I got a bad one ordered the roast beef and provolone. Everything was good but the beef had almost uneatable grissel in it . Could hardly chew it .
Decent sub on our way through town

I wish I could give zero stars. I doordash every day on my lunch break, and today I received an order from this store. I went inside and waited patiently, then the middle aged middle eastern (owner?) refused to give me the order. She accused me of STEALING the last order I picked up there IN FRONT OF A DOZEN OR MORE CUSTOMERS. She said it was on camera. What is on camera is her employee handing me the sandwich, telling me which chips to grab (he told me the wrong ones), me filling the drink, then taking a picture of the order as DD requires. I confirmed the order and left. LUCKILY, once I delivered this 'stolen' sandwich the customer complained because PORT OF SUBS gave me the wrong sandwich. ALL OF THIS IS ARCHIVED IN DOORDASH MESSAGES IN WRITING. This woman and her female employee who told me to go outside because I was 'upsetting customers' HUMILIATED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE FOR NO REASON. I HAVE PROOF OF ALL OF IT. I filed a complaint with doordash for merchant behavior and I also filed a complaint with Port of Subs Corporate Office. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Ordered delivery last week. The Pilgrim & other sub. I was so disappointed. The pilgrim few slices of turkey. Not much stuffing & NO CRANBERRY SAUCE!!!! It was puny!!! No taste at all! Capriotti’s has got you beat by a mile with their BOBBIE. This was the first time ordering from this store North McCarren, sloppy job. Other sub no shakers & 1 slice of tomato, few strings of onion. This store needs retraining or shut down!!! I’m sticking to Baring Blvd store!!!!

Ordered the #3 Turkey, Salami with Smokey Cheddar. Asked for it toasted, which seemed to be half what is usual and the guy cut it off center!

Great staff...the sandwiches are basically the same at all the locations but at this specific location the staff is awesome and it makes the experience just that much better. I will actually drive out of my way to hit this establishment rather then another one.

We had an ok experience, food was a bit overpriced for what you get. Very little meat, and cheese. My husband needed to use the restroom and was told he couldn’t, mind you, we are paying customers and we didn’t just stroll in there to use the restroom. While ordering our food, another employee said he could use it, it was being cleaned. He chose to go somewhere else. Definitely did like the atmosphere, or vibe in the shop. I over heard one guy, possibly owner was speaking rudely to another young employee. Definitely won’t be back at this location. Port of Subs use to be really good back in the 90’s and early 2000’s. The sandwiches had plied on meat, never needed to ask for extra, that’s back when the sandwiches were worth the price, and bathrooms were available to paying customers. Port of Subs is just another Subway unfortunately

Hot and humid, more than outside.?
Watch your receipts. If you ask for a combo, they will ring it up separately, which is an additional $0.40 a person. Easy way to add to their bottom dollar.
Asked for a #2 (ham, turkey, and provolone) but with all turkey. The short one in braids said no, that would be a #8. I asked if I could do the two servings of turkey as a #2. See attached picture, this is supposedly 2 servings of turkey. If I wasn't next door at Sally's I wouldn't have come here.
Don't get me started on the taller brunette with the 2.5" long nails. Cheap disposable gloves or not, they shouldn't be allowed around food.

Ordered two sandwiches online. 1st a turkey bacon and avocado on garlic parmesan bread, 2nd a turkey ham and cheese on white. Picked up order and brought it home. 1st sandwich had no bacon and the wrong cheese. 2nd had the wrong bread and no honey mustard. I called store and voiced my concerns. He apologized and said they had a trainee and that's why it was probably wrong and offered me to come back to make it right. I went back with sandwiches in hand expecting to have 2 fresh sandwiches waiting for me. Instead, he opens my sandwich to verify what I told him on the phone and he just adds two small pieces of bacon in it and calls it good. I remind him of the cheese and he reopens it and picks out cheese and replaces it. 2nd sandwich he states that there is nothing he can do about bread and it was policy that they could not give me another sandwich with different bread. I complained that I would call the corporate office if they did not make it right. I was flabbergasted that they wanted me to settle after they flubbed the order up. He finally gave in and made a new sandwich. Never going back to this location. Only reason I gave 2 stars is that in the end he made it right.

My visit to Port Of Sub's on McCaren blvd in Sparks NV was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. For a place that prides itself on speed and convenience, it failed on both fronts.
First, the wait time was absurd. Despite being a fast food joint, it took over 10 minutes to get our order, and the place wasn't even busy. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, with no sense of urgency.
When we finally received our food, it was clear that it had been sitting around for days, the vegetables all look brown and soggy the meat had a slimy texture. My Husband ordered a cold tuna fish sandwich and I had a number 8 turkey and provolone. My husband took one bite and noticed that the tuna was sour be that we eat at the one on Prater Way all the time and we have tuna all the time we know the taste that is supposed to hold. my Husband went and told one of the workers that his sandwich was sour. The worker took his sandwich with his bare hands after he had been taking cash from other customers and using the cash register and then told him he had to call the manager just to either make another sandwich or to give a refund. The worker returned and said the manager refused to give us another sandwich at the same price or a refund and said that the tuna was made yesterday, so there was no way it could be sour. I asked the employee if I could have the managers number he told me no I asked for his name he told me he didn’t want to be any part of it. I asked him if he could make another sandwich at the same price he said no he could make another tuna sandwich, I asked him why would he offer to make another tuna sandwich and the tuna is sour? Then he said he was just gonna call the police so I told him go ahead and I waited. I also called a different port of sub the one on Prater way in Sparks NV to get the district manager‘s number. The guy over there was on the phone with me the whole time he even offered for me to come over there and he remake my sandwich for me. I waited for the cop to come and got an incident number. I got my receipt. I paid over $35 for some sandwiches and I was not offered a resolution to solve my problem I will not be eating here again and sadly to say not even at any other Porta sub. I won’t even recommend this place to anyone. I was discriminated against And my children wade with me.
Cleanliness was another major issue. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky, and the garbage bins were overflowing. It didn't look like anyone had bothered to clean the dining area in hours. The restrooms were equally filthy, which made me question the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.
Overall, Port Of Sub on McCaren blvd in Sparks NV was a complete letdown. The slow service, poor food quality, and lack of cleanliness made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
