Payed extra for her to spread avocado color on my bread then a smidge of avocado fell on the silver prep table and she with her glove puts it back on the sandwich! 😳 …also she Toasted the sandwich closed so cheese never melted the meat was nearly frozen and it was the messiest nastiest sandwich we have ever tried to have. we threw it away after 3 bites

The quality of this location has declined steadily over the last number of visits. Visits in the past have been quick and efficient and quality of food has been great. Today I went to order two sandwiches. I was initially ignored while a customer who walked in after me was attended to. When I was finally helped, I was having trouble finding the hot pastrami on the menu so I asked if they had a hot pastrami. I was informed the number 9 was what I was looking for so I ordered. About halfway through the process I noticed the pastrami and cheese hadn't been heated so I asked why. I was told only the hot pastrami was warm, not the number 9 to which I asserted I had asked for a hot pastrami. No attempt was made to offer up rectify the situation and I was frustrated at that point so rather than make a big deal I finished out my order, paid and left. In addition to the poor service, the woman who sliced the meat for my sandwich adjusted her hair while wearing the same gloves she then used to touch meat and cheese. The other female employee coughed and didn't wash her hands. Overall the level of quality and customer service has declined to the point I won't return to Port of Subs anymore.

I don’t know what his name is but he had blonde hair and was wearing a black shirt. But the customer in front of me after she left he started talking bad about her and calling her fat and how she doesn’t need the sandwich.

Very disappointed in this port of subs. I placed an order on their website to go, and once I got the order home we realized every sandwich, except for 1 was completely messed up. Will not be returning to this port of subs. If you have picky eaters, don't come here.

Spent 12 dollars on a sandwich and they put 1 thin layer of meat. I would not recommend this location to anyone, the workers do not care and there are plenty of other better locations. The one off of pyramid is a much better location and family owned!

Came in last night 3/24/24 at 5pm got 2 sandwiches #8 and #18 both me and my boyfriend got horrible food poisoning 1 hour after and have been sick all night and now had to take time off work DO NOT EAT HERE! You will get horrible food poisoning
