I used to be a QDOBA customer, especially during college. Back then, QDOBA had the best food and better portion sizes than Chipotle. Last week, I decided to try it but was shocked by the amount of food I had in the bowl. I noticed that the portions started getting smaller over the years, but what I got in this location was the smallest. The spoons of rice and protein were not even complete, with half a spoon of beans and small amounts of pico and cheese. Even the lettuce portion was small. I noticed the attendants were very well calibrated regarding the portions. I was uncomfortable asking to add more food because the spoons were not even complete. I did ask the supervisor, who was working as a cashier, if there was any instruction from corporate or the owner to lower portions, and by her facial and body expression, I felt like there was. Unfortunately, QDOBA is not the same anymore. I'm sure other people had the same experience I had. Sad.

Everything is quite good, wouldn’t be for that unbearable music. I can’t believe they make you listening to that while you’re eating there. How unfortunate!!!

I ordered the shrimp bowl and got home and there was no shrimp in the bowl. Very disappointed. I live too far to go back.

The burrito was small and when they rolled it up there was a lot of flour tortilla left over when rolled up. Never going back there again. Highly dissatisfied!!!

Food was really good. Really enjoy their queso. The mild one definitely has spice to it

Our food was cold. I got a kids meal with the brown rice. It was dry and crunchy, amd cold. My daughter spit it out (she loves rice). The quesadilla didn't even have melted cheese. One of the ladies behind the counter looked like us ordering food was irritating her. I normally love Qdoba, not this one.

Terrible customer service the staff acted like they were irritated I was even in there. Qdoba is over priced as it is, pairing that with poorly presented staff, talking about inappropriate things Behind the counter in front of customers, Thinking they don’t understand them because their speaking in a different language, acting aloof as if they were too good to be doing their job. It safe to say I won’t be going back ever, and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location.

I hate writing reviews but I’ve had 2 bad experiences back to back and I am just so upset because qdoba is my go to as a busy working mommy. For starters the portions are insane, it feels like everything is a half scoop. On top of that I went around 7pm on the first occasion and all the containers were empty so upon asking for toppings they were give me all the scrapings 😭 I’d understand this if I was a rude customer walking in right before they close but this wasn’t the case. Lastly the staff is not nice at all, no greetings or smiles. They seem so mad and annoyed that customers are there no matter the time of day. And for the cherry on top there was a hair in my bowl in my most recent visit. :(

I recently went to Qdoba and decided to grab a burrito and a chicken bowl, expecting a satisfying meal. To my surprise, I paid over $10 for each item, only to receive portions that were surprisingly small. The burrito barely had any filling, and the chicken bowl seemed like it was missing half the ingredients. For the price I paid, I was expecting a much heartier serving, especially when other places in the same price range offer more generous portions.

With food prices rising, I understand that adjustments might be necessary, but Qdoba needs to reconsider their serving sizes if they’re going to charge premium prices. Customers expect to get their money’s worth, especially when they’re paying over $10 for what should be a filling meal. The experience left me feeling unsatisfied, and it’s disappointing because I usually enjoy their food. If they want to keep customers coming back, they should start by adding more food to match the cost.

They are getting very skimpy with the food. I bought my 9 year old this bowl and had to still make him food after. They are matching Chipotle in portion control.
