Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Food was wrong. I asked for extra toast and they gave me this awful coleslaw and charged me extra. The guy on the intercom was talking like he was in a library, could barely hear him. Its really not that hard to just get a simple order right. Also found two long pieces of hair on top of my food. This is ridiculous.

Its good enough to get 5 stars but the Cole slaw was crap. I gave them a 4 cuz of the slaw lucky I didn't give them a 3 lol

My mom & I ate here yesterday it was delicious and so fresh even my grandbaby loved it. The girl in drive threw was so nice and kept checking to let us know our order was coming not just leave us sitting waiting for a few minutes.

Great place woth great vibes. They forgot to give me my child's kids meal and didn't notice till I was halfway home. I called them and they were understanding and kind enough to let me redeem the kids meal the next day. Great service and customer care when needed.

The food is always amazing, for a Thursday night at midnight it was packed but service still exceptionally fast. Staff are always extremely friendly 😊

Just ordered from Uber eats. Food is always good, but got the caniac and they only gave me 3 chicken fingers. Feeling a little robbed

Canes is a pretty good franchise for the most part. I generally enjoy them over other chicken places. Unfortunately, this particular location just can't get it right. Every single time I come here they screw something up. Every. Single. Time. Wrong drink. Forget the ketchup. Wrong order altogether. You name it. This is on top of long waits. This last time I went they shorted me my change AND forgot the ketchup. I was too busy checking to make sure they didn't screw up my drink again. I was in the habit of coming at least once per week. Now I will not be going anymore.

The food was good but the parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru is slow and backs up into the parking lot which is very narrow. The staff at the drive thru window was friendly. I don't understand why both windows are not used.
