The food was great but the place is very busy and if you park in there when it's not the drive-thru traffic will get you stuck where you cannot back out.
Parking: Be careful parking cuz the drive-thru will block you in.

I had taken my mother out to lunch for her birthday. When I asked her what she wanted for lunch we ended up coming to Cane's The food was great, as well as the service I absolutely love the sauce it goes perfectly with the chicken. And if you like coleslaw you have to get it and try it for yourself.

Food was just ok, good luck if you needed to use the bathroom. Bathrooms are locked and getting the code just wasn’t and didn’t happen. I’ll never be back.

Cane's is delicious, the food, the workers so far serve you well, the problem is the consumers, if it is because of the true drive, they get involved, they don't respect those behind and those in front when they have to leave, even if someone whistles for them to move forward, they don't grill it until they want, that happened to me today, and they should put someone outside so they don't do it and respect the line.

Not many times do you see an afternoon dinner rush with a long driveway line and you find the Regional Manager of Raising Canes working the driveway traffic to alleviate the rush. Malcolm O’Quinn, thank you for taking the time to be personable, respectful, and professional.

Passed by here on Sunday January 12th, 2025 (01/12/2025). I was visiting from Sacramento, California. This is my first time going to Raising Cane's outside of the Sacramento area, more specifically the State of California. The service was pretty good. I usually eat at Raising Cane's in my hometown of Sacramento, California. On Sunday, I had the opportunity to pass by this Raising Cane's restaurant in Sparks, Nevada just east of Reno. I ordered a 3 Finger Combo with Fries, Texas Toast, and a Fountain Drink. The food was pretty good. The last 5 times I have visited Reno, Nevada last year in 2024, I drove by this restaurant, but never got the opportunity to pass by here to get something to eat. This is the first time that I ate at Raising Cane's on a trip from Sacramento.
Parking: Be careful where you park, if parking spots are full, it is best to find a parking space that is vacant and not reserved for the disabled.
