Ordered through Uber Eats (first time!) Requested Garlic fries, was charged for garlic fries and received regular fries - that were cold. Both burgers were cold and sweet potato fries also cold. Uber driver was cordial and efficient. What do you (Red Robin management) suggest we do to avoid this situation?

The customer service here has been lacking the last few times we’ve been. Even so, my kids really love their burgers and so I tried to give it another shot tonight, as my son requested Red Robin as his restaurant-of-choice for his 10th birthday dinner. We stood near the host stand for a good 5 minutes waiting for the host to even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting to check in for a table. She did not look up from her iPad even once to greet us and was oblivious to the fact that she had new guests that had walked in (not just us) standing there in confusion/awkwardness. We ended up walking out, still without even being acknowledged by any staff members, and went to Olive Garden instead - where we were greeted right away. If Red Robin can clean up their customer service, we hope to be back one day to enjoy the burgers we love.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but today really missed the mark. My husband took me out for a birthday lunch, and all I wanted was a simple, relaxing meal. We didn’t mention it was my birthday, but even so, the basics should have been right.
Our waitress, Brittany, told me the dish I always order would come with smashed avocado instead of the usual sliced avocado. Totally fine, smashed avocado is still avocado. But what I got was guacamole, which is NOT the same thing. Big difference. If someone had an onion allergy, that mix-up could’ve been dangerous. I just personally can’t stand onions, so I ended up picking through a meal I’ve had perfectly countless times before.
That wasn’t the only issue. I was visibly frustrated (RBF gives me away 😂), yet she never checked in or asked if anything was wrong. I literally had to call across the restaurant just to get the sauce for my fries. And my second drink wasn’t made like the firsr. It had a completely different alcohol in it, and it gave me a headache.
I’ve never left a restaurant without tipping, but today I just couldn’t. The service felt careless, inattentive, and far below even the bare minimum. When you depend on tips, especially in this economy, you have to do better! Red Robin is usually one of my all-time favorites, but after today, I won’t be returning to this location.

Went in for what I hoped to be a quick lunch. Waitress took our order (2 of us) then proceeded to go take an order for a large party of 6+ people. Leaving us waiting for drinks for over 15 minutes and delaying our food entry. I'd recommend putting in the order for the smaller table first then going back and taking the large party.
Fries were mushy not crispy.

I was thoroughly disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 45 min just to get our food on a slow night. I ordered boneless wings and they came out still frozen. The manager Jeff came and apologized and said new ones would be right out. 22 minutes later they were sitting in the window and finally made it to me bone dry and looked like the bottom of the bag scraps. I refused them and the manager came over and was very rude and abruptly tried to force them on me. He logged us out of our Red Robin Royalty points for a $100.00 bill. Our waitress Shelby was ok but he(Jeff) then told her we Blamed the cold food on her. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The customer service from the manager was the worst of worst experience I’ve ever had. After the way he spoke to me in front of my family my daughters immediately felt threatened and uncomfortable. This establishment by far has gone down hill very fast. My family and I will never return!

The food quality was poor. Pre-packaged dried out salad greens and carrots made up my entire house salad. Nothing fresh was added. No cucumbers or tomatoes. My husband's chicken sandwich dripped all over him. The flavor was bad and you definitely couldn't eat it if you were on a lunch break from work without changing your clothes. Very mediocre food..

It had been a very long time since I had visited Red Robin. I was not impressed. The service was okay, everything was okay, but the food was overpriced for what you got, and I just wasn't impressed with the food. I got a hamburger and it was just okay. I had a friend with me and he thought the same thing it was just okay but very expensive for what you get. They put us in a little tiny Booth right next to a high traffic area, and I get anxiety, so I won't be going back. There are just much better options in Reno. The food came out in a decent amount of time, and the staff was pleasant.

Johan is an ABSOLUTE GEM! Do everything you can RR to keep people like him working for your company. I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. Loooong time. He made us feel so welcomed unlike the front girl. Because he completely changed everything when we sat down I won't nag on her/you for that. He was friendly, funny and just 5 stars all around for his attitude and attention to not just us but every single table he had. Good job Red Robin for hiring such a rock star! Keep it up! Oh the food was delicious today too.
