Everytime I come here, they mess up my order. Tonight i called a head and spoke with a manager to let them know the issue and let them know i wanted to order the donatos pizza. The manager AJ assured me he would make my order correctly. When i arrived for pick up. I paid and checked my food. Half of the pizza was cooked properly and half was undercooked. AJ offered to have it put back in the oven, i declined because then the good half would be burnt and i explained that to him. He then offered to remake in "about 5min." i don't know of any pizza that can be made in 5 minutes. I declined this offer also because one 5 mins just isn't possible and two i explained to him when i first called i didn't want to wait twice like i had in the past. He then offered to give me half off the pizza and i finally said no i just want a refund, he provided me a refundand left without the pizza. During our conversation he also noted that they "left it in the oven longer" i explained well clearly your oven has a heating issue. This is the FIFTH time ive had this issue, and even called before hand to ensure this didn't happen and each time ive had a different manager agree the pizza is undercooked, ive been here at different times of day. Something is clearly wrong with their oven or how they have been trained to make this pizza or both. I've gotten this at red robins in other cities without any issues at all!

Burgers a bit dry- and no spring mix available for salad or burger. I was disappointed to say the least. Spring mix isn’t that hard to keep in stock.

They were slammed with big groups on a holiday weekend when our group of six came in. The staff did a fantastic job taking care of us. You could tell everyone helps each other there and work well together. Cameron our server did a fantastic job and kept us loaded with fries and ranch. Excellent work. Food was delicious.

Clean, nice servers, joined your club so I'll have to start coming more. Salads we're yummy. I'll tip more next time cuz my friend's kinda cheap😪

If I can give no star that I will, that's my birthday and our daughter & son in law brought us for dinner , and four of us there but the server bought in two orders and we had to wait for 40 minutes later to have the other two, and it indicated that the order is included bottomless fries and sides, but the waiter never came and asked: Is everything okay? And the French fries really dry & hard, the order been sat under the light there for long long time & he didn't even notice & brought to the guests, our glass of water never get refilled, finally we just take off, then I talked to our waiter & said : we never got any refill for the fries, salads & stream broccoli, is it bottomless for the sides, and you know what he said : " WHAT ?" And that's he's answered, our daughter still tipped him 20%, for us he got zero, our daughter too kind ! we will never go back there & will tell all my friends " what is going on ".
When we sat there , we already notice couple tables took off because no waiters were taking there orders, they've been waited there for 1/2 hour ! That's not the way to do business !!!!

Not as good as it usually is.
Service was good once we got it started. We sat waiting for our waiter for about 10 minutes before he came to make an intro.

Manager came by several times to make sure everything was good.
Best part about the lunch endless strawberry lemonade.

Food and service was great as usual. Waitress was very attentative. I always get the pig out double lettuce wrapped. Always plenty of lettuce so as to not fall apart. Wife got whiskey bbq burger. App was pretzel bites.
