Waited around 30 minutes for a “strawberry berry refresher” with popping boba. Needless to say this was just a cup of water with ice and some syrup at the bottom. If you want to wait 30 minutes for an overpriced mediocre drink, then this place is for you. Never coming here again.

Having lived in Southeast Asia for 3 years, my expectations for a boba tea is very high. This place was nowhere near good enough even for Reno standards, but since we don’t have enough of such places I don’t want to give bad rating and I really wanna support but they gotta act and significantly improve their quality for the very high price that they are charging.

The boba was disgusting, they were hard and bitter and not cooked properly at all. And the drink tasted like expired milk ? just threw it away, couldn't drink anything.

My sister and I went in there for a quick little refreshing frappe while my parents waited to drive us home. We ordered and they were out of A LOT of stuff (which isn't their fault...). And I ordered a strawberry frappe which was basically just a plain strawberry smoothie. But after I ordered they forgot to check if my ticket even printed and I waited over 20 minutes for them to realize this. Then they made it and it doesn't even have coffee in it?? Honestly won't go back in there if I'm thirsty. Love the environment, price, and cashier was nice. But that's the only good thing.

I was looking forward to a refreshing drink after walking for hours in the mall. Drink was ok but I had higher expectations with the boba pearls. It was flavorless and chewy. I had the avocado milk tea and it didn’t taste like avocado ? at all. The place is nice and clean, they have restrooms inside which is a plus. Nice ambience and music choice. They had fast service and I appreciate it. However, the cashier wasn’t much helpful or welcoming. She wasn’t rude but a little smile or friendliness would go a long way.
Parking: Parking is collective for the Outlet and Casino. The store is located in the walkway between Burlington and Legend Casino.
