They’re clearly understaffed, disorganized and lack equipment needed to run a shop like this.

The atmosphere was tense and awkward. No music was playing, nobody else was inside. The fruit tea wasn't good, and came out lukewarm. The server didn't smile, didnt say hi. Didn't talk at all, just stared until i ordered. Was very uncomfortable would not recommend. Cute interior. One star.

Been here a handful of times already. Not sure I will go next time. They are always out of something. At this point it's just convenient to stop there.

We came here for a quick snack - two boba slushies. The flavor was good but the bobas were not good. Not sure if they were old or what but some were too soft and some were hard. Like rock solid. It was a little disappointing but I hope they'll fix it. We appreciated the nice decor and quick service. Just wasn't anything spectacular and the boba was hard.

Kind people Cute atomosphere But unfortunately awful drinks Really wanted to like this place Bc the team seem nice but i have tried three different times this past year and each time the drink flavors were not great I got a thai tea this time The premix that i saw them pour in looked really really gross Thai tea is typically a strong orange Its brownish The boba flavor is non existent and so tough to chew I have tried a milk tea and the powder wasnt mixed well so i got clumps of powder And before that i asked a recommendation for their most popular- they said it was a kiwi tea It was anti freeze green and was so sweet Each time Unfortunately the boba was just really gross Hard and no flavor

used to work here and to be frank, this is a horrible business. They make their employees do mental gymnastics to get our money we were meant to be paid and continued to give us checks knowing they would continue to bounce. There were times were people weren’t even PAID what they were owed. People in debt because they took days just to get back to us and make it right and pretend it was all okay. All the credit card tips we would receive from kind customers…never went to us. I was always tempted to tell customers not to waste their time but I needed the job and opted not to. Not to mention sometimes we ran out of soap, we didn’t have clean sponges and sometimes our time wasn’t respected. There are a lot of legal issues going on, like at one of their other places of business they have MINORS. or people under the age of 21 selling nicotine products. This job was nice and the hires were always amazing. But one thing was for sure and that was when we worked together, there was an absolute gaurantee we would bond over our shared hatred of this business. This business has caused me so much mental distress. I would have panic attacks and breakdowns over my money and even so I would get up early, worked the hours I was given and never called out no matter how horrific I felt. Yet they decided to pull this on their employees who worked their butts off for their money. Who did their best to give customers a good experience and also tell them as much as we were allowed to. To be honest, you are better off spending the same amount of money at Starbucks or Dunkin. EVERYTIME I made myself a drink at work it would never match the taste that Dunkin or Starbucks had at least. Probably because all their products are fresh and they don’t cheap out when it comes to getting their customers what they need.

If you ever had tiger milk tea and thai iced tea, then you would be thoroughly disappointed with theirs. It was soooo watered down that we had to request for more syrup or whatever it is they used to make it sweet. So we got "1 pump of vanilla cream" added and there were no differences at all. If I can give 0 star, I would.

Service rude, couldn't make change for a dollar, drink not made as ordered, vibes atrocious. I work nearby and I won't be coming back.

Dude this place sucks so bad omg. They used to have great boba and services and I came today and they didn’t have anything in stock. They only had about 10 drinks and the rest were “unavailable”. I know that they had the drinks they were just to lazy to make it. They also ran out of cups to, if your a business it’s your job to get the supplies when they run out, not serve “boba” in a cardboard cup. They only had 4 types of boba and they were terrible. Like what the frick frack. It’s not a good business because they can’t keep up with buying the supplies. Haha imagine being a broke business. Anyways don’t come here it’s terrible.

Been trying to get by here for some time now and today is the day. The reviews made me nervous, but I like to give a fair chance always!1) Décor was cute and insta worthy2) Service--eh? Not friendly, but not rude3) Iced Vanilla Latte, would not order again. I was confused why it had ZERO coffee flavor? Hum. I may go back and try something different, but with so many places to choose, this would not be a go to at all. :(

This place is conveniently located at the mall in Sparks. The interiors are well lit with a great vibe.I tried the mango smoothie and the tiger milk tea.The tiger milk tea was perfect and refreshing. The mango smoothie was ok but did not meet my expectations. I like the fact that it tasted like real mango and not an artificial flavour but the fruit was not ripe enough.Overall it's a great hangout with a good ambience.
