The service here was awful my cousin went to pick up an order my Tia had left and they got one of the orders right but the other one was not right. We asked for two orders of carnitas fries one plain (fries, meat, cheese and beans.) the other one with everything. They couldn’t seem to comprehend the first plain order and they acted like my cousin was in the wrong. He was then talked down by two of the workers (one a female. And other one a male black hat and had a cross tattoo.) this was at location 13. They treated him like he didn’t understand and like they didn’t know English but when me and my sister walked in there the front lady from before was talking clear English. They were then acting as if they didn’t do anything wrong he paid 35 dollars and we only got 32 and something cents. This was an over all awful experience.

This alone is gonna make me go back to LA for Mexican food I got a chicken burrito it had no flavor, tasted like salted boiled chicken, and dear lord the amount of pico the gallo literally made everything in the burrito cold.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas and I am extremely disappointed. These enchiladas taste like fish, and I don’t know if it was cross contamination or if the chicken is severely old and expired. Either way I had one bite and threw my whole meal away. The minute I opened the box it smelled horrible. Will not be eating here again.

Went through drive through. Ordered 3 chicken soft tacos. 2 hard chicken tacos and 2 beef hard tacos. No cilantro. Got home. 1 of the crunchy chicken was pork. Didn't get beef ones at all.
Stay away from this place if you value your health. I've had several issues with this place getting food incorrect or not giving me extra sides that I pay for. But this time on my breakfast chorizo burrito I found metal shavings for my food. It appeared to be a metal Brillo pad exactly like the ones you use for cleaning the grill. Cut up my mouth and I also swallowed some of it so I could potentially have a medical emergency with a perforated stomach or intestines.

Got a vegetarian burrito on DoorDash. Says it has rice and beans. Literally was a salad with thousand island wrapped in a tortilla. Absolutely disgusting.
