This place advertises 24hr drive thru, but I just tried to get breakfast at 8:30am on a Wednesday and sat for 5 minutes in the drive thru before giving up. Either no one was working or no one cared.

Went to the drive through, ordered a quesadilla, beef taco and horchata. Check your order here, they gave me a chicken taco, not beef. Food was good, but the horchata was very thin, besides the incorrect order. I still ate it, but I won't go back.

Food isnāt bad my only problem is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I ask for no beans in my burrito, they repeat back to me āno beansā and yet there is always beans in my burrito. Every single time Iām forced to take my burrito back or not eat it if it donāt feel like driving back. Questioning why I even go back at this point

Iām in town working for 10 days. I saw Rivas near my hotel. This morning, I wanted my favorite breakfast burrito. (Chorizo breakfast burrito with no potatoes) so I decided to try Rivas. Iāll start with What I donāt Like: The gal on the microphone Didnāt Tell Me My Cost! She said, āIāll have your total at the windowā. :-( I really hate that. You have my order. I deserve to know the total so I can prepare to pay! Now, What I Do Like: 1. The burrito size!!! Great size! 2. The RED sauce And The Green sauces. The red has a very nice kick to it. If you canāt handle spicy, donāt get it. The green sauce has a small kick but If you can handle Taco Bellās mild sauce, you can handle their green sauce. I only gave them 3 start for atmosphere cause the outside of Rivas needs to be redone and their menu looks old. The fall in the window mentioned theyāre waiting in a new one. My total for just the burrito was $10.29

Worst experience. I have came here numerous times and had mistakes before but never been treated so bad. I ordered nachos and they gave me steak fries and I came in to get the correct thing and they refused and told me āyou signed the receiptā I just wanted my order corrected. At almost 20 dollars for one thing you would think they could fix it and just give me what I ordered. But instead they refused and treated me horribly telling me they would be glad if I left because they were all too lazy to correct an order: I came in there and was polite and they were confrontational. I will never come back to this establishment. Treating customers like that is crazy. For a manager to talk to customers like that is disgusting.

me and my boyfriend go here all the time because it's close and they normally have good food I really only get the steak fries and there good except for a few times once they had a new guy cooking and he put only the fat off the meat in my food I chould not eat it so that was 15$ down the drain and tonight(March 29th) we got food and we get home and there are dirty used napkins in our bag and they gave us a really small portion(pushed all the fires to one side and left a huge open space) I know that didn't happen when we had grabbed it because they where clearly positioned that way also this one dude who cooks in the back always looks at us the WHOLE time and makes me very uncomfortable just be cause of how hard he stares at us
