Went to the drive of this location and Veronica was working the drive thru at this time 2/3/26 10:51am. I order a Ham breakfast burrito with no cheese, extra ham and add bacon with 4 steak tacos. I get back home for my lunch break to eat and she gave me a regular ham breakfast burrito. Called the store and talked to Veronica and said the burrito was made wrong and agreed to make another. I arrived at the location again, now late for work and then proceeds to tell me that they cant remake the food or give a refund. Then i also brought up that i was charged for 2 burritos instead of one but denys it even tho its on the recipt. I'm completely dumbfounded about this. Not sure ill be returning here again.

First meal after new years they messed up order then argued with me when I came back through asked for my receipt wasn't given one then he pulls it up and apologies get meal wrong meat mystery meat couldn't tell what it was all good was cold cause we had to wait so long then chicken tenders were gross as well as fries I'm Latino and this is a disgrace to our food change your grease trap nasty as hell
Nothing is perfect; however, there are so many wonderful people that work at the McCarran location that overall I must rate 95/100. There was only one negative experience, and that was at 4am, and the drive through is only for vehicles with plenty of clearance, otherwise there is a high likelihood for vehicle damage as did with my vehicle. They don't push for tips, and most often process the debit transaction deliberately attempting to skip that part (I do tip them almost every time). I noticed many comments comparing the McCarran & Pyramid locations, which I live conveniently equidistantly between. Having had hundreds of experiences my review is more extensive than 99% of their customers/ those who have posted here. My summation offers: one location has never had any of the following issues....never answers the phone from 11pm - 8am; with the lobby closed and no other vehicles in the drive through I have waited 20-25 minutes for a single burrito more than once; that Sé muy poco español and that causes a feeling that I don't belong; a rule prohibiting the employees from smiling; my simple order with no special or additional requests has been made incorrectly numerous times. Consequently, I now choose the McCarran location 90-95% of my visits., I feel warm and welcomed there although my interaction is very basic and uninvolved. Thanks, I look forward to my visits for years to come.

It was delicious
We often go to drive thru after work. But today at around 7pm. Our order is different. The meat we used to have is grilled carne asada. The once we have is like ground beef that taste like corn beef. The cook is female. If you guys run out of meat, it would be nice to let your customers know. We did not finish our food.

I’m not gonna lie. This is one of the best steak breakfast burritos I’ve had in a while.

Paid $13 for a steak breakfast burrito and it was literally all potato no eggs no steak 🤬
I ordered crunchy chicken tacos, and it appears they may have been prepared in advance. Upon arriving home, which is only a four-minute drive, all eleven tacos were cold. When I contacted the establishment to express my concern, I was informed that I could return the tacos for a refund, but there was no offer to prepare fresh ones. It seems they may not be interested in retaining my patronage.

Love there nachos and smothered fries. Not good for a diet but when you want to indulge this is a definite stop.

Just spent over $40 for a burrito and steak fries here and the burrito was soaked in red grease and the meat was really fatty and full of grisel! Can’t believe they charge this much for this garbage!

Always a treat to have some good and authentic Mexican food. (Authentic for Mexican food in the U. S. - I do not mean that at all in a bad way.) I have been to Mexico at least a hundred times and some things you really can only get as regional specialties. I had a fish dish in Guadalajara and I have never had fish like that anywhere in the world.)
