Food isn’t bad my only problem is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I ask for no beans in my burrito, they repeat back to me “no beans” and yet there is always beans in my burrito. Every single time I’m forced to take my burrito back or not eat it if it don’t feel like driving back. Questioning why I even go back at this point

I’m in town working for 10 days. I saw Rivas near my hotel. This morning, I wanted my favorite breakfast burrito. (Chorizo breakfast burrito with no potatoes) so I decided to try Rivas. I’ll start with What I don’t Like: The gal on the microphone Didn’t Tell Me My Cost! She said, “I’ll have your total at the window”. :-(
I really hate that. You have my order. I deserve to know the total so I can prepare to pay!

Food is always delicious however PLEASE fix the pricing on your menu board. I was charged more than what it shows on the drive thru menu and I wasn't expecting that. I almost couldn't get the food that was wanted.
