Good food and service.
We went for dessert (party of 2). The restaurant was not very busy, had maybe 5 tables full, and had at least 4 waitresses. The service was awful. It took about 15 minutes for them to take our order, then almost 30 minutes for our food to come. They never came back after delivering our 2 slices of dessert, no drink refills or other service offered. We then had to wait another 25 minutes (even after flagging down our waitress and asking) for our bill so we could pay and leave.
Bad server took money from us the server did she gave herself a tip
I wish I could give this restaurant a no star review. Let me start by saying that this will be my very first bad review. I ordered a ribeye steak medium rare with mashed potatoes and gravy. What I got was a medium well steak with mashed potatoes and sausage gravy. When I spoke with the manager Charlotte about my steak being overcooked, she proceeded to tell me that since there was a little pink, it was medium rare. I tried to explain to her that I know what medium rare is because my husband is a chef, and then she just walked away. Then, when I asked my server Joe why I got sausage gravy(like the kind that goes on biscuits for breakfast), he goes on to tell me that's all they have at 1000pm at night. I asked why he didn't feel the need to tell me that's all they had, and he said again that's all we have. Needless to say, I will not EVER come here again. Please beware.
Oh my God, worst place to eat in reno. We stayed at the Nugget in a beautiful room. Went to the Cafe for dinner. I ordered a cheese burger. The burger was burnt, the bun was burnt. My wife ordered breakfast. Her Hash browns were barely cooked, and her egg were over cooked. We saw the cooking stuff arguing with each other. Getting very angry with each other, and the servers. Our Waitress was extremely friendly, loved her. Other than that we will never be going back the that Cafe every again.
Renee was absolutely amazing and attentive. The food was decent, I really like the wings and the ranch is delicious! I wish they served regular nachos instead of nachos, the tater tots are always soggy.
Food was not good and poorly priced
Service was the only good thing. Biscuits tasted like they were 3 days old. They were dry and stiff. Gravy was cold. My friends toast was spotted with mold on the side. Don’t recommend, would give 0 stars if possible.
Older place and mold. Got the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were supper dry and hard. My friends toast had mold on it as well. Nice people but won’t eat here again due to the mold.
We ordered biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The gravy was good but the biscuits were sweet so it really threw off the flavor. I was really craving them and was disappointed. I only ate the sausage and eggs and a couple of bites of the biscuits. Service was good overall. Unless you like your biscuits and gravy sweet, I don’t recommend them

Quantity was good there is No tase at all I paid the buger $20 not even worth a $3 how can they serve a tasteless burger.
Ordered a traditional breakfast two sausage, two egg in hash browns and toast came out to twenty dollars for one person they charge you a fee for it to go i took a picture That the website doesn't let me post it.It was like the size of a toddler's breakfast, my three year old niece more than that it's a rip off
I've eaten here a couple of times in the week I've been here, and the food was decent, but tonight, I watched a cook throw up and cough/ gag for about 5 minutes. He never covered his mouth and didn't wash his hands after. I couldn't even eat my dinner and had to just leave. The waitress was super nice about it but it totally grossed me out
Late night food, a nice burger and Fish and Chips made my son and I very happy. The burger was thick and juicy and was served with the crispier tater tots I ever had…nice!. The Fish and Chips was served as a one long piece of fish served with fries and Tartar Sauce and side of Cole Slaw, we ate the whole thing.
An old buffet converted to casino "restaurant". My biscuits and gravy was unevenly microwaved, cold in spots, hot in others, biscuits were chalky, gravy was slimy and oily like it was well aged. My wife's fruit plate was beautiful, and tasted fine, but it required no effort, as it was fruit. Basically, the kitchen is still operating like a buffet, but charging restaurant prices. Servers paid zero attention, or I would have sent my plate back to be microwaved again. This restaurant is fundamentally flawed at this point, buyer beware, as it's the only option at the Nugget now. John Ascuaga would be so ashamed if this was his.
