Shout out to the young manager I think his name is Jason (shoulder length hair) some of my order was forgotten for a delivery and he made it more then right! Definitely need to keep this kind of employee, he knows customer service and handled my pregnant attitude with no problem

Placed an order at 230 for pick up at 430 and when I got there the pizza was almost cold. And it was also supposed to have been onions in it which they completely forgot. My wife had told me how good this pizza place was since she grew up on this coast and that I had to try it and then they messed up the order. And for 35$ for an x-large pizza I would expect them to remember the ingredients. But other than that the pizza was good.

Louis and Seth at Round Table Galleria are probably the two best people in customer service we have come in contact with in sparks for some time. Ordered a large specialty and was able to customize it and it came out perfectly. Was very happy with toppings and taste. I called ahead and it was ready when I arrived. 10 out of 10, will order again.I bought a (LARGE ITALIANO MINI PEPPERONI AND BACONGenerously topped Large Crispy Mini Pepperoni & Bacon on our NEW parmesan Italiano New York Style crust with zesty red sauce and our signature three-cheese blend.)I added regular pepperoni and yellow onions and switched the red sauce to white creamy garlic.

Ordered delivery online. Estimated delivery time was 6:30. At 7 I called the store. They assured me it would be delivered within 20 minutes. At 7:50 I call the store again. By now my pizzas have been out of the oven for almost an hour. I canceled the order. We went to Pizza Plus and had our pizza in 20 minutes. Round Table Management needs to get their act together. 1.5 hours is ridiculous! Never EVER going back to Round Table !!!

Went in for my nieces 12th birthday dinner with a party of 13 they were very accommodating, even on a busy night. Service was great food was out quick, great salad bar! Very impressed with the whole staff.

1, 2, 3 strikes your out. Every time 45 min past the time they say it will be ready. Round table used to be some of the best pizza. Wrong order, wrong name. How is this place still in business. Blame management.

DONT PUT AN INACCURATE TIME FOR WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO BE READY! I put in an order in and it said 20 minutes and I waited an additional 15 minutes just in case because they might be busy. And when I got there it was another 25 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous do not order from here. Food was mediocre and rushed felt like I was eating cardboard.
