This is the worst Sonic there is. They are so slow your food basically comes out lightly warm. They never get an order right even after you tell them to their faces 10 times in a row. You can order on the app and go to one of the stalls and sit there and wait for 20 minutes then go up to the door and they have no idea who you are what your food is and have attitude when you tell them that you tried the button multiple times to see if it worked. The service is the worst. They can’t even get any order write if you write it down for them. Don’t waste your money coming here. It’s not worth it. And the stalls NEVER work.

Three strikes and your out. The last couple of times we've sat in the stalls with no service at all and after 20-30 minutes we left. The last time we waited in a stall for 15 minutes went to go to the front to order and saw signs saying the stalls and front service were not open. There was a sign on multiple stalls. So we get into the drive thru. Got attitude when we order and then they spilt the entire drink inside our car which then had to be detailed. We got no apology from the manager except for an attitude. The girl the dropped the drink kept saying she was sorry multiple times but as far as management it was awful. Will not be going back they should honestly close down this location.

The service at this location at night sucks. I was waiting at a stall for 20 mins and didn't get a single answer while multiple of other people were being served threw drive threw only. There was a guy also next to me in a stall that was there just as long and got no answer and he had to get out of his car and go in side to get a response from someone

Food was old and stale. I ordered #8 and # 1. Sandwich was cold popcorn chicken was old and tasted awful. Fries were old stale and cold. I could smell the staleness off the bag. I get its Saturday night and it's busy, but I'm pretty sure this food was left out to make drive thru times shorter. Usually have a great meal here. After tonight, I'm never coming back.

This place has really gone downhill, unfortunately. I haven't been since high school, but I went recently because I had a coupon. First of all, the line for the drive thru was 25 minutes. When I got to the line and told them I had a coupon, they gave me some weird attitude. Then, which I finally got to the window to get my order, he asked me if I had two cheeseburgers. When I said nicely that it was actually hot dogs, he rolled his eyes and walked away. Then, I asked if I could do Apple Pay. The shitty stoner at the drive through rolled his eyes again and said, "We don't do Apple Pay" and before I could say, "Oh okay, no worries!" He closed the window and walked away. I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything, but it would have been nice if he had said, "Have a good night" or something after I just waited 25 minutes. Will never be going here again and I don't recommend this to anyone.
