“This place is THE best. Takes me back to my childhood when grandma cooked like this. Catfish, okra, collard greens.......OH MY GOODNESS. Soooo good and you get plenty to eat. You won't leave hungry and the staff is AMAZING“

“I would give them 10 star 🌟 if i could. We tried this place earlier this year for the 1st time. We have yet to try the bbq lol. We get the catfish and that's really been it so far. Today we shared a 1 piece fried catfish with sides of potato salad and red beans n rice. comes with a piece of cornbread, house made pickles, tartar sauce, fresh lemon. You can get more than 1 piece, but it's so big it's all we can eat sharing it lol Staff has always been the greatest. Restaurant is always clean. Thank you for amazing fried catfish and sides. It's worth the hour round trip for it. Keep doing what you do. Serving great fresh food at a reasonable price. Also the fried okra is delicious too. Come check them out. 😁“

“The best food an pastries in Reno hands down. Go try any item on the menu it is cook to perfection. When you go visit say Brew sent you. Love this place and all the staff. The owner motto " Don't change what is working" the food should taste the same because of the time and effort put in to prepare each dish.“

“I stopped here while passing through and was not disappointed by the experience. The biscuits are really great and probably the best thing that I had. Just a biscuit with butter and marionberry jam was the most exquisite bite. I didn’t super love the chicken fried steak, it was just okay to me. Don’t sleep on the mushroom gravy though, I liked it better than the sausage gravy but both were good. I think the sausage gravy is slightly sweeter if you’re trying to decide. I was bummed that jam was an extra cost but it was worth it — one order of jam was enough to share with two people.“
