Please teach your employees how to enter the orders in the system correctly. When I placed my order over the phone I repeatedly told her I wanted a CARAMEL macchiato. When I get there I asked if it was a caramel macchiato and the lady w the mole on her face told me its just a macchiato I told her I asked for caramel and I can pay for the difference. Her response - “well it’s already made.” She proceeds to ask the other lady if it was true that I asked for caramel and the other lady said yes. But then she just gives me the one that was “already made” not there to teach them customer service but definitely makes me want to avoid them. Good food and there are other servers there that are great but the two ladies at the front could use some coaching on how to use the system and customer service.

Sparks Coffee Shop is a hidden gem! Quick seating, delicious chilaquiles with asada, and the fresh orange juice is unbeatable. Great food, great prices, and an overall awesome experience would highly recommend.

Great spot to catch up with a friend, a loved one or to go with Family. You could easily share a plate if you have a small appetite since their portions are a bit bigger than your average serving size. I’ve enjoyed their chorizo & eggs, waffle special with the works, chile rellenos plate & their huevos rancheros 👌 delish! If you enjoy big cups of coffee this is the place for you! There’s times when it’s busy but they try to get you in at a reasonable time frame without rushing paying customers & imo, it’s worth the wait time.
