Sparks Coffee Shop is a hidden gem! Quick seating, delicious chilaquiles with asada, and the fresh orange juice is unbeatable. Great food, great prices, and an overall awesome experience would highly recommend.
Great spot to catch up with a friend, a loved one or to go with Family. You could easily share a plate if you have a small appetite since their portions are a bit bigger than your average serving size. I’ve enjoyed their chorizo & eggs, waffle special with the works, chile rellenos plate & their huevos rancheros 👌 delish! If you enjoy big cups of coffee this is the place for you!

There’s times when it’s busy but they try to get you in at a reasonable...
We’ve been visiting this place for about a decade. The food quality and services is still good but compared to svelte years ago it has declined. For instance, the side salad had crumbled cheese, tomato, and apple slices before but not anymore. However prices have significantly increased year over year. That means you pay more for less and this is why it is a star less now.
