I was the only person inside on a Saturday evening at 7pm. Ordered my drink and then noticed there was a drink in the to-go area, I knew it wasn’t mine but by this point I had been in there for 10 minutes. The staff were all chatting and someone in plain clothes came in and they were all talking to her. No one paying attention to me or acknowledging that I had been in there a while for being the only person there. Finally I got up and I asked the girl who took my order of the drink on the counter was mine and she said, “I don’t know I’m off the clock”. It was rude. I’m the only one there, I ordered my drink a while ago and then you’re not willing to help me when you took my order—ridiculous and bad customer service. The interaction got the attention of the other 3 employees and come to find out my drink was just sitting there made on the counter, but nobody paid attention enough to figure out it belonged to the only person in the cafe. I’m patient and have so much empathy but this interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. Not only does customer service matter but simple kindness does too.

If you want to wait 30mins for a coffee ☕️ this your go to. They didnt even get my order right. Tripple Carmel macattio and it tastes like water.

I used to come here often for coffee because the staff was always so friendly. However, in the past year or so, with the new team, the environment has become noticeably unpleasant for guests. Most of the drive-thru employees lack basic etiquette when taking orders for example, saying things like “Is that it?” instead of “what else can I get for you?”
Nicholas, in particular, is often present when poor customer service occurs. I’m not sure if he’s a manager, but it’s always disappointing when he’s involved. On top of that, the drinks are inconsistent, as if each employee was trained differently which i’m not sure how that’s possible. Overall, the atmosphere now feels unwelcoming, and I often regret stopping by.

I have been coming here for a while and I've always been able to get a refill of coffee or tea after I've gotten coffee, and this one girl said the policy changed but everyone else disagreed. You'll be better off going to the Starbucks next to the panda express on sparks and prater.

i accidentally ordered at northtowne since i used to work out there and recently transferred to this area of town, everyone was super nice about making me my order and didn’t make it seem like any inconvenience!! thank you guys 🙏🏼

Poor customer service. I ordered a bagel through the app and when I went inside I asked for cream cheese (I couldn’t find this option on the app) the lady told me I had to pay for that. I don’t carry cash w me so I was trying to find it on the app again and I ended up asking another worker who was useless too, she didn’t care to help either she asked around to her coworkers and no one seemed to care. I don’t mind paying for the cream cheese from what I remembered they used to be free but I find it ridiculous no one was able to help me or even cared to yet they always expect a tip.
I ordered my birthday drink and made sure to select redeem in the ap. When I went to pick up my drink the girl could not help me with my free drink. I left upset. I ended up going to a different Starbucks to get my birthday drink. Then, I saw I was charged for the drink I did not pick up and had to call Starbucks to get a refund. What an inconvenience for my birthday. Thank you Starbucks I will not be returning to this location.

This place will profile you as a homeless person looking for a place to charge. Ever think about sensitivity training? Assuming someone before asking is always key 🔑
I asked for the door code for the restroom. The shift supervisor Carmen gave it to me. When I tried to enter it, the door panel did not work. When I asked for the code to the second restroom door, Carmen told me someone must be in the first restroom and the second was for staff only. I waited a short time and asked again if I could use the second restroom. I have a medical issue making this important for me. She again denied me. After a few minutes she huffed at me and went to the door and opened the first restroom for me. As I entered the restroom, Carmen said, “maybe you should have pushed harder” as she walked away.
I appreciate the use of the restroom and I did make a $5 coffee purchase. I also understand that not everyone is a people person or have bad days, but I feel like Carmen could have been a little more accommodating or at the very least, outwardly graceful toward customers. You never know what is going on in their lives.
I hope Carmen has a better day tomorrow.

Convenient location in the Iron Horse Shopping Ctr. Onsite free parking. Handicap parking and access available. Very neat clean inviting interior. Indoor or outdoor seatings are available. We were cheerfully greeted by Darren our server at the counter. He was excellent, extremely friendly, upbeat and attentive. He was so very pleasant through the whole process. We really felt appreciated. The wait for our order was under five minutes. Our favorite coffee was yummy. On our last visit we ordered online at 4:30am for our long drive back home. It was ready when we arrived. Coffee was perfect! They will definitely be our go to when we are in town.
