This Starbucks over charges almost every time I go. I stopped going here because of that. I even contacted the manager, but got no response. They overcharged by almost 2 dollars per drink. Mistakes happen, but this is too consistent to be a mistake.

Beyond rude 90% of the time, we have gone a few times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But literally every single time they mess up our drink and then have major attitude if you ask them to fix anything. There are maybe 3 nice people out of the entire crew

After waiting almost 30 minutes after I ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and received a grande in a venti cup and it tasted like pure sugar. My cup had whip cream all over it.wont be back!

The iced grande hazelnut chocolate cold brew with foam was delicious 😋 🧋 The drive Thur baristas are very friendly always in a cheerful mood. The batista check the remaining balance on a gift card and mentioned the amount with the printed receipt. She has great customer service very thoughtful.

They did not secure the lid onto either on my coffees and they both spilt everywhere and half of the caramel was in the outside of the cup.

The baristas were very mean. I paid for a venti and they were giving attitude towards a teen!!! When I asked to switch it because they gave me a grande and I they were rude and uncooperative. It made me very uncomfortable.

I was very pleased at first; all I wanted was a shot of espresso and hot water and the barista said it’s on the house. I came back inside to ask for a venti water and was going to tip them but the two baristas on shift (including the one who took my order) immediately smiled at each other, laughing and I saw they were communicating through their little mics. Now, I can’t confirm that they were talking about me for sure but it gives off a very bad impression and absolutely unprofessional.
