I ordered a kids hot chocolate for my daughter. I went to pay with a visa gift card and let her know how much was on the gift card. She said it kept declining and that her system won’t take visa gift cards. So I payed cash. When my daughter and I got home she said her hot chocolate tasted funny. I tried it and it was just milk. Had to drive back to Starbucks and wait in drive thru. When I told them it was just milk she said it’s a white hot chocolate when I didn’t order that. She then made a new hot chocolate… didn’t offer a gift card for my troubles or anything. Very disappointing. Won’t be back to this Starbucks.

So when you go to a Starbucks and you pay a premium price for a cup of coffee you kind of expect a little bit more of a premium service. Not only did the person place the order wrong and got the wrong name but when I went to have it fixed because it was the wrong size coffee, all the barista did was pour it into a bigger cup and pour more milk on it.

I ordered a shaken espresso with coconut milk with light ice. I've NEVER EVER had an issue ordering this before. It came FULL of ice. I asked the gal in the drive thru if she could dump my drink into another cup with almost no ice. Another employee probably 50ish tattoos on her arm raspy voice came up to me and told me to order a latte next time! The way she talked to me was RUDE, EMBARRASSING, CONDESCENDING, LIKE I'M A COMPLETE IDIOT DUMB MORON! She walked offI was dumbfoundedI should have got her name. I will be writing corporate and complaining. Who is she to tell me what I NEED to order? I've never had an issue ordering this drink how I want.

Ordered 3 days in a row. Visiting from FL. Every single day, the hot coffees that we ordered were cold to the touch. Our friends we were with say it’s ALWAYS like that. That’s horrible because Starbucks ain’t cheap. The staff were rude, didn’t look up once, we said thank you and we got a side eye. Will not go back.
