So when you go to a Starbucks and you pay a premium price for a cup of coffee you kind of expect a little bit more of a premium service. Not only did the person place the order wrong and got the wrong name but when I went to have it fixed because it was the wrong size coffee, all the barista did was pour it into a bigger cup and pour more milk on it.

Even though I received the incorrect size drink the barista Stanley offered to refund the difference or give me the correct size. He was very polite and super helpful.

I ordered a shaken espresso with coconut milk with light ice. I've NEVER EVER had an issue ordering this before. It came FULL of ice. I asked the gal in the drive thru if she could dump my drink into another cup with almost no ice. Another employee probably 50ish tattoos on her arm raspy voice came up to me and told me to order a latte next time! The way she talked to me was RUDE, EMBARRASSING, CONDESCENDING, LIKE I'M A COMPLETE IDIOT DUMB MORON! She walked offI was dumbfoundedI should have got her name. I will be writing corporate and complaining. Who is she to tell me what I NEED to order? I've never had an issue ordering this drink how I want.

Ordered 3 days in a row. Visiting from FL. Every single day, the hot coffees that we ordered were cold to the touch. Our friends we were with say it’s ALWAYS like that. That’s horrible because Starbucks ain’t cheap. The staff were rude, didn’t look up once, we said thank you and we got a side eye. Will not go back.

Nitro cold brews are not iced. Ordered one today. Drove off and it is all ice. Not cool. The whole purpose of this drink is the creamy flavor. Ruined by a cup of ice and a tiny bit of coffee. Ggrrrrrrrrrrr! Couldn't even taste the cream because it was stuck at the top above the ice. Not cool.

A very nice experience at the starbucks at spanish springs near reno nevada. Very helpful and courteous staff and the coffee and food was excellent. great all around. 11:20 am thurs

Cold coffee from drive thru….had to go in to get another coffee. Nothing hot was brewed. I said, “this is Starbucks and you have no hot coffee to serve?” he said, “some workers don’t know how to rebrew coffee”…so just hand people cold coffee for $4? This is our young working generation these days. And no, I was not as rude as I could have been. I’ll go to McDonlads next time. At least it’s hot.

It's irritating to sign up on one of their deals then the store doesn't give you the credit for the purchase. Why do you give special deals then not automatically log them in. Shouldn't be the customer who asks for a receipt to log it in. That's your job, fix it!

Hands down the worst Starbucks my family has ever visited. Slow service inside, even slower service via the drive through. 75% of the time they get my order wrong & are not friendly at all. My family and I will be driving further down the road to a different coffee shop from now on.

Walked in, and 5 girls were standing there staring. I said hello in a cheery manner (mind you, I was with my daughter), and no one said a word!! Other than the snobby drive thru girl who rudely said someone will be with you. So, we're standing there waiting for someone to take our order.. no one says a thing STILL, and everyone is still starring at us not working. So, finally, I said, "Can we get blah blah. So, we go and sit down. No one is still speaking at this point, and I see two drinks for pick up. I assume they are ours since no one else is in there, so I take the drinks and go sit back down with by then it's my husband and a friend. A few mins later, a girl who works there comes up and says, "Excuse me but, your drinking my drinks I ordered! So, me being me, I apologized and offered to pay her, and she said no, I get them for free anyway. I will never be back to that location, and if I had the owners number, I'm sure they would like to know that their staff is just rude!

Rude staff dosent matter if you go in or through the drive-through and they NEVER have anything dosent matter time of year always will get the response of “ we don’t have that” don’t waste your time or money with this Starbucks
