You could be the only customer in the store and they could have zero customers in the drive-thru and for some reason it still takes them 10 minutes to make one drink for you

Review for Starbucks – Poor Drive-Thru Service (10/28/2025 @ 9:36 AM)

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks drive-thru this morning. When I pulled up to the speaker, the drive-thru attendant never acknowledged my order. She didn’t greet me, ask for my order, or say a single word. After waiting in silence, I finally had to ask if anyone was even on the speaker.

It’s frustrating when customer service feels so unwelcoming, especially at a place like Starbucks where friendly service is usually part of the experience. A simple “Good morning” or “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way toward creating a better customer experience. Hopefully, management can provide some coaching so other customers don’t have the same issue.

I ordered cappuccino in 4 different Starbucks stores and just noticed that they started to skimp on milk and cups are half full. Basically they started to put an ounce or two less milk on each drink to increase the yield.
Instead of raising the price again they reduced the amount of coffee you get.
Next time you are ordering coffee open the cap and look, unbelievable $7 - $8 dollar coffee and they ask for a $1,2 or 3 dollars tip on top of it.

The drinks are always good. Food is always an afterthought with this location. I frequent this location as it’s close to my office. The food is always an issue as it does not get in the oven in a timely manner on a consistent basis. If I’m coming here just for a drink, there’s never an issue. Everything’s always great. If I add food to the order, it’s an extra 5 to 15 minute wait.

After some grocery. shopping, I stopped here to fuel up with a big coffee drink, which I took with me. There was ample parking available so I could zip in and zip out. No line at the counter; I was lucky.

No place to sit. It's inside a Target Store. Also you can't tip them here
Coffee was lukewarm--one shouldn't be able to stick your finger in when you. Aedan made a new batch when I pointed this out.

Pretty terrible quality across the board. The location is in a cellular dead zone also. Staff pretty much is just there to collect a check, don’t expect any sort of ethics or quality to be presented.

There’s plenty of other Starbucks, this is not one worth frequenting.
