What’s the difference between a breve and a latte? I get coffee brought to me and it’s a breve. I don’t like breve. Someone told my husband while he was ordering that a latte and a breve are the same thing. I ordered a latte the other day at a different Starbucks and the cup said latte, what I ordered. This cup says breve, not what was ordered…..I’m just trying to wrap my head around this. Half and half and milk are two different things…

I don’t know I keep going to this location if I’m honest. I get coffee and food 4 times a week. The customer service here is terrible. Mostly get bad service when the blonde woman on Monday mornings works. Today different people and still terrible. The only time I’ve received good customer service at this location is when Jace works, and I haven’t seen him for over a month. This morning was bad, and why I’m finally leaving a review. I don’t even think they put coffee in my drink and it was full of water and creamer. So not only do I get bad customer service here, I don’t even get what I paid for. Not going back. I’ll choose a better coffee company to spend my money at. Customer service use to be amazing at Starbucks but in the recent years lost their culture.

Some of the employees working the window give off an extremely judgemental aura. Sometimes they're rude yet sometimes they're silent.

After multiple weekly visits in the past few months, I'll pass this Starbucks up and go elsewhere.

After walking at the Marina with my friends, we came to this Starbucks as we do every Friday. I was going to use the restroom before my friends and I ordered. When I asked for the code the girl asked if I ordered anything. I told her I was going to as soon as I used the restroom. In a very rude manner, she said you can not have the code unless you order something. I told her again I would and also order for my two friends once I used the restroom. Again, very rudely, I was told not unless you order something. I spoke to someone else as we were ordering our $35 worth of stuff, and was told the same thing. Although I totally get why you have to do that, I think some common sense in not losing your customers by treating them like homeless criminals would be nice. It wouldn't have hurt one thing to give me that code instead of losing the good will of paying customers. Again, common sense in providing customer service would be a good thing. I probably won't be returning to your establishment.
