I was in this suburb to see what it had to offer and I explored it all. And then I got tired and needed a rest, so I chose this little coffee shop which had a menu that I was familiar with. I sat for a while.
The coffee is exactly what you'd expect from Starbucks, but the customer service at this location is lacking. First, I find it unnecessary to correct customers for saying "large" instead of "venti"—it seems silly from a service perspective. Then, when I pulled up to the window, there was no greeting—no hello, no acknowledgment. Finally, I overheard the car behind me being corrected on every single drink order, to the point where the driver got frustrated and even mentioned it to her passengers. That’s five negative interactions in just two minutes. Clearly, I’m not the only one who finds it off-putting. It’s a small thing, but those moments add up.
Re: Reach out to share my experience with Starbucks staff? Isn't that managements job? To let the team know how they're doing, what's going right, what's going wrong, etc...?

Went thru the drive thru and the guy was very polite. Seemed everyone got along at least when I pulled up. Very refrezhing.

Workers here around 6pm were all rude & unwelcoming. Never greeted anyone. Didn’t speak at all, didn’t call out my drink while it was sitting there melting for a while.

Drink I ordered had a cracked lid- didn’t know until I drank it which then spilled coffee all over my shirt. I understand this can just be an unfortunate accident, but when I called the store to let them know about it so others won’t have the same issue as me-the person I spoke with gave me attitude and spoke condescendingly as if I didn’t know it could happen. No apologies for this incident and just a “thanks for letting us know” in a sarcastic tone. So unprofessional.

The ladies never understand Venti, ICED quad espresso. They always get the cup size wrong. Over a yr I've been trying to get this store to get my order right

I want to say I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The barrister that took my order was completely nasty rude and his name was Daryl.When I told him that my drink was not made right? He'd not only had a disgusting attitude but he snatched a drink out of my hand to the point that my wrist started hurting what I explain whats the store number he slammed the door and took 5 to 10 minutes to give History Manager's number one. I called he hung up.It was very nonchalant.
