Veronica took our oder. So rude and no customer service whatsoever. My family and I went through the drive thru and she had a hard time taking our order and when we got to the window it was worse. She talked down to us. I told her the order was incorrect and she said " I repeated my self twice!" I asked her what her name was and she said it was "Veronica" so rudely. I asked for her manager . The manager April came to the window while talking to her Veronica was looking at me smiling so smug. Will never go to this location again. The worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. I don't recommend this location.

I came here in my bday. I asked the employee to recommend a drink that wasn’t coffee and was all sugar free. He recommended a peach green tea with lemonade. Told me the lemonade had no sugar in it said the syrup was sugar free! lol Well after ordering it 3 more times he was definitely wrong. Need to educate your employees! Wouldn’t it be absolutely terrible if I was a diabetic?

Staff are incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. However, this location plays music very loudly to where even with noise cancelling headphones it’s hard to get work done. 5/5 staff, 2.5/5 atmosphere conducive to work.

I needed coffee, and I needed it badly. I had to find a place nearby that I could drop in and get some strong black coffee. I was greeted by one of the best baristas I have encountered at many stops in starbucks. His name is John and he was very kind and helpful. He is an assistant manager there, but sadly he will be leaving Starbucks soon for other employment opportunities.
This Starbucks has a good vibe. People mostly use the drive-thru, so many that at times traffic gets clogged up, as noted in a previous review.
My photos show how laid back it is here. The Wi-Fi is free, and people bring their laptops in with them to "sip and surf" ??♂️. ☕. There's also a beautiful outdoor patio for enjoying the summer ? weather.
But, back to my coffee ☕! I loved it. Every single sip was exquisite, ? and when I thanked, John, he told me I could get a free refill! A really great ? experience.
Parking: Tons of close parking if you don't use the drive-thru.

The Employees here are always very friendly and will even call you by name; which I truly appreciate. They do their best to make my drink the way I love, and if I ever want something slightly different, they don't hesitate to fix it up a bit. They even gave me a $4.00 off card one day; which really made my day special bc I wanted my drink a little different and then gave me a whole new drink. The Manager makes a point to say hello to Customers also. I love this Starbucks, as I see it as number one in Sparks!

This store is so awesome. I come at least 7 times a week! They know me by name now! I try not to blush when I come inside in the mornings, the handsome supervisor Zach just always makes me smile! He works so hard and is so polite to me. Too bad he’s married XD. But for real the manager Paula is one of the bests, she sure does know how to run a store!
