The teenagers working were more interested in talking and walking around than actually making the drinks we ordered. Waited longer than necessary to make 2 drinks, they were not busy. Maybe an actual adult should be present to keep these kids on task.

I liked the fact that there was parking nearby. If there hadn't been parking, I might have continued driving. But I stopped, bought a big coffee drink, and took it with me for the cup holder in my vehicle.

They are constantly messing up orders , I got a chestnut praline coffee this morning and it tasted like plain warm milk , I threw it away . $7 in the trash

As a long time customer I don’t even feel welcomed, anymore you people are only friendly to people whom you choose to be friendly to, as well being a multimillion dollar company not taking bills, then saying you have no change. honestly that’s a lie you guys make a hundred dollars in the first hour stop playing your customers.!!!!!

Starbucks needs to stop deprioritizing walkins to the drive through so hard core. I waited 15 min for a 60sec bake of egg whites. This is not about the team, it’s about the Starbucks algorithm.

This place used to be great, I'm not sure what is going on , but lately every Iced Tea I get seems to taste like coffee or toffee nut. Are the sweeteners being mixed up or the pumps not cleaned out? Are the teas different now? They're awful, will be avoiding until this is fixed.

Overpriced coffee but worth it on occasion. Staff at this particular store are not very friendly and cream, sugar, etc is still kept behind the counter. The scamdemic is over so why the hoarding. Overall it's not worth the near ten dollar iced mocha.
